You can change your flight within 24 hours of booking for no fee, as long as your flight isn't leaving within the next 24 hours. A fare difference may still apply.
Changes must be made more than 2 hours before your flight's departure time.
Change fees are charged per direction, per person, except for flights to and from Europe and Asia, where fees are charged per transaction, per person.
UltraBasic fares

Econo, Premium, Business, and Member Exclusive fares

There is no change fee for Gold and Platinum members for same-day changes (excludes Ultra Basic fares).
Same‑day changes are not available on:
- Charter flights
- The only or last flight of the day
- Bookings with overnight connections

If you don't check in or board your flight before your departure, you’ll be considered a no-show. The value of the missed flight will be lost and cannot be refunded or applied as a travel credit.
Return flights
All fares (excluding UltraBasic)
If your booking includes a return flight, contact us before your return flight's check-in cut-off time, and choose one of the following:
- Keep your original return flight, if the same flight and cabin are available.
- Choose a new return flight. Select the same fare type, pay the difference in fare price, and any applicable change fees.
- Request a credit or refund based on your original fare rules. Any checked bag fees will be refunded. Seat fees will only refunded up until 24 hours before the original departure time.
UltraBasic Fares
Contact us before your return flight’s check-in cut-off time to keep your original return flight. The same flight and cabin must be available.
If the same flight and cabin are not available, the value of your return flight, including any seats, bags, taxes, and fees, is lost. No exchange, credit, or refunds are available.
- A one‑time $0 change fee
- Difference in fare price is waived
- Fare differences apply when changing fare type, cabin, or destination.
- If the new fare is lower, any remaining value is refunded based on your fare rules, either to your original form of payment, or as a Travel Bank credit.
- Travel must be completed within 60 days of the original departure
- Changes must be made more than 2 hours before your flight departure time.

- Refunds are provided based on your fare rules, either to your original form of payment, or as a Travel Bank credit.
- UltraBasic fares receive a Travel Bank credit (valid for 12 months)

If you booked through a Travel Agent (online or directly), third-party like Expedia or Airmiles, Corporate Travel arranger, or another airline, please contact them directly.
