Overnight stay before touring the rockies. Check in seamless, staff all very friendly, room clean and bed was very comfortable. Amazing nighttime view from window. Service in restaurant was a bit slow but food was good. Our room was quiet. Carpark is tight if you have a large SUV but park in the oversize spaces. Location good for a downtown walk and for getting onto main roads.

We love the location (next to great Asian food in malls) and a short walk to a river side. The room was also comfy! The breakfast here was also good with hearty serving. You can select a main with adds-on from the breakfast menu. Unfortunately, there was a hiccup during our stay. We obtained approval to shift one morning's inclusive breakfast to another morning due to early morning tour departure. However, this was not conveyed to the restaurant. We disputed the charges when the bill was presented to us. Though the reception officers assured us that no charges would be imposed during our check-out, the hotel still charged the breakfast against our pre-authorised deposit. It took some efforts of liaising with my credit card company and emailing to a generic email (only telephone number listed on their webpage) before I obtained a refund.
