Where do I even begin?! The moment we got on property the view was absolutely stunning. We were so excited to finally meet with family and friends and have a great night. The next day we were greeted at the pool by Felix, and man he was absolutely amazing. He stayed engaged with our family our entire visit. He even went out of his way to give my daughter a homemade purse and she hasn’t put it down yet. He treated us like family, he was funny, entertaining and so kind. Everyone at the resort was severely helpful and thoughtful. Would definitely come back!

We had a truly wonderful experience at this resort, and a big part of that was thanks to two incredible people: Celia Cruz and Jaime the Hibachi table chef! Celia welcomed us with warmth and genuine kindness every single day at the restaurant we kept coming back to. Her energy, smile, and care made us feel seen and appreciated — not just as guests, but as people. She was especially sweet and attentive with our little one, showing a level of empathy and patience that’s rare and deeply appreciated. Jaime, the Chef, was equally exceptional — calm, professional, always attentive, and with a warm presence that made every interaction pleasant and easy. Both of them went above and beyond, and honestly, they deserve a bonus. People like Celia and Jaime are the reason a great resort becomes unforgettable. They elevate the entire experience. Highly recommend this place — not just for the views or amenities, but for the amazing people who make you feel like you truly belong.
