Good point: - The location is perfect, you have everything you need around and several bus stops. - Washing machines available! Perfect for a long stay. - The room is nice. - The staff was super helpful and friendly. - The beach towel service was great. - The water server in the lobby. - Coffee in the lobby. - We could do early check in. It was really helpful with a kid. - A lot of space for clothes. - The pool. - In general you can feel that the hotel is old, but they are doing renovations. I believe the price is really good for the service. Points that could have been better: - Cleaning is done every three days but there was coffee for only two days in the room. - It was all coffee based, but some people prefer tea. - The shower head was fixed to the wall and it was impossible to adjust the height. As a result, kids cannot use the shower. - Water pressure was a bit low and it was difficult to get rid of the shampoo in my hair. - There is a fridge and a microwave, which is great. But it would have been nice to have plates and cutelry as well. - The room looks clean, but if you look closely it is not. There were food scraps from previous guests under the bed for example. - The air extractor in the bathroom is terribly noisy and turns on automatically every time you turn on the light. - It is not possible to close the door silently.

Awesome place and family oriented. My dad and i stayed while i was in hawaii and it felt great i got to hear his story and it wasnone on one
