Our bellman Eric was just awesome. My husband's back went out and I needed someone to push me in my wheelchair to valet.....twice. Eric had no problem helping us. Very professional and courteous.
Hotel embraces greedy early check-in charge trend.

I arrived at 11:30am. When I went to check in I was told, "the room is ready, but if you want to check in now, it will be $59". This is a nonsense policy and it's seemingly becoming widespread at hotels. I will be 1 star reviewing any property that does this as it's a greedy cash grab. Providing me early access to the room that is already prepared costs the hotel NOTHING. I understand a few for a GUARANTEED early check in, sure but not when someone arrives and the room happens to be ready. I'm tired of everything in the hotel business getting worse and more expensive and companies treating customers like garbage. This is an airport hotel with people arriving at all hours of the day and night. Pure greed to insist on a fee. I sat in the lobby waiting while my room was ready and sitting upstairs just... because? Really ridiculous and people need to start pushing back and shaming properties for doing this.
