The chilled friendly staff and hotel

A very nice hotel with really friendly staff that go the extra mile Tina, Georgia, Patricia, to name a few are a credit to the hotel we are going back next year nice and clean room which was cleaned everyday the food was excellent good variety of drinks nice area not far from the town of Negril you can get a taxi there or you can walk it

Where do I start, this is our 2nd time here yes visit number 2, and we are scheduled to return in August. In April my husband and I visited with 2 of our clients. We just returned yesterday from a week to celebrate my birthday with our teenager and if you know you know lol, she had a great time. (All she wanted was internet.) As being a travel agent, we are always visiting one of the "popular brand name locations". They are great don't get me wrong, but if you're looking for a more relaxed, not overpopulated location SAMSARA CLIFFS RESORTS is your choice. The views are breathtaking and great photo op for those social media pics. At Samara the location is key, not far from the famous Ricks Cafe for great entertainment. If you want the party seen there's Jungles and several local spots to enjoy the Jamaican reggae beats. You may wonder where's the beach, well that's just complementary van ride away twice a day. If you're like me food means the most and Georgia will ensure that your stomach is full, can you say yum yum. The dinner/bar staff go over and beyond to ensure that you are Irie, and all needs are met. From Tina, Kimmy and Patricia, they make you feel as your family. During each stay we stayed in the Deluxe Sea view rooms and each day the sunsets took our breaths away. Again, I will stress Samsara is more a boutique location when you just want to relax and reset which is so needed during these days. For the price you can't go wrong it's worth it compared to overspending at the popular locations. Cleanliness was good for us, our room was cleaned every other day. Remember this is the Carribean so you will have ants.
