We came on the 8th grade class trip to Walt Disney World. Our beds had hair in them so I asked for new bedding which we never received. Ask to have our tub cleaned and they brought us cleaner and my wife cleaned it her self. We were unable to check out because it was a group trip. I will never come back to this hotel.

This is a very nice hotel. Clean spacious rooms. Breakfast has cute little mickey Mouse shaped pancakes which the kids really liked. Nice pool with bar. Close to everything. Only fall back is they only clean your room every three days. They offer transportation only to Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom which only runs twice in the morning and at evening. The first shuttle doesn't leave until almost 10 and it goes to Hollywod Studio's first and then Magic Kingdom which is really to late in my opinion. We just ended up driving and paying the parking fee of $30.
