I gave 4 stars because we enjoyed our vacation! The staff were very friendly and courteous. We were VIP and enjoyed the lounge, which again had attentive staff, great drinks, snacks and relaxed atmosphere. The room we had was clean and spacious. The resort was kept clean on all areas ( washrooms, pool, restaurants) . The buffet was really good. Although the selection was varied, the food was really good! This was a pleasant surprise for me as I have been to Dominican enough times to know the food isn’t necessarily a focus?? The pool entertainment staff were lots of fun and not too pushy to get people involved. Either you want to play games, dance lessons etc, or you don’t, they don’t keep bugging. The snack beach snack bar was also great! Food & drinks. We did not do a la cartes, so no info about them, except hearing others say they enjoyed it. The ONLY negative comment I have is that the beach had a lot of garbage wash onto shore from the previous few days of rain when we first arrived. By the end of the week it had been cleaned up.

I was on a cruise and decided to go to this resort on a day pass. The resort was lovely and the beach and pool were amazing. But my favorite thing about it was a massage I had at their spa. Little Basilia had hands of steel and gave me the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. Dihana the reception it was very kind and accommodating. I hope to come back here and stay for longer than a day!
