My husband and I spent the day at this resort since our cruise ship was docked most of the day. The food and drinks were all included with the price. The pool was nice, but the beach was not kept clean and there were not many lounge chairs available. Everyone seemed nice. Overall, it was a good value.

Do not go here. There are cats everywhere in the restaurants. No wifi in rooms. Room floors are dirty. No elevator. Stale bread given out and food at buffet is left out for hours. Meat is suspect. Overall, the food is the worst food i’ve ever had.

Great time at this resort . Good food and drinks The animator name Banana was amazing and really made our stay special. He was full of energy, always smiling, and great at getting both kids and adults involved in activities. From games during the day to fun shows in the evening, everything was well organized and entertaining. Love our stay

Check-in was a breeze and the staff were very accommodating due to the fact we’re were traveling with 5 of us. Food was great with lots of variety. Staff were alway helpful and seemed to really enjoy helping us have the best vacation possible. The animation / entertainment staff were spectacular and worked hard to get us and others involved in activities. Droopy was high energy and tons of fun for all of us. We really enjoyed our time around the pool and laughing, joking and creating great memories with Droopy and the team.
