Great service and very polite staff. Hector and Tucson really helped us and took care of us when we ran into a problem with an individual at the airport. Highly recommend if you are looking for an all inclusive resort to relax. The staff and waiters at Ciao were great too.

I am so happy with the accommodations and the staff who were so polite and helpful- thank you Tucson and Hector for assisting above and beyond. The food was delicious and fresh and the service was amazing at Ciao especially for breakfast. Great vacation to relax and enjoy the beach.
