Sharon at front desk was the BEST!

This hotel has the perfect location. It is very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, our room 203 had a window that was not sealed properly and let in ALL the noise from the street. They did fix it enough so that the outside air was not getting into the room but the noise was not fixed. Definitely hope they fix it before the next guest stays in the room. We had REALLY loud people above us and usually we never call the front desk to complain but it got to the point where we couldn’t sleep. When I finally called to complain Sharon from the front desk immediately took care of it. I can’t say enough about how wonderful Sharon was. Besides helping us with the loud neighbors upstairs she was always friendly and very helpful with all of our questions. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends knowing that Sharon would be there.

This is a lovely hotel. It is hard to single out any one staff member, but here is a selection of staff. Brian - awesome waiter Josh - front of house, restaurant Brendan and Isaac - hotel management Once again many more, great team. Setting is amazing as described by others. Rooms are large and stylish, although a little dark for me ( not sufficient to lose a star). Thank you Argonaut
