If you're looking into staying here i suggest you highly RECONSIDER !!! I can go on for hours about how this resort was far from even average. Let's start off with the food, it's very limited same dishes basically every day at ALL of the restaurants and the buffet is horrible. It took a hour and 30 mins to be seated at a restaurant one night due to property Management not updating the system regarding the schedule when certain restaurants are open or closed. The drink selection is always very limited, I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A RESORT WHERE THEY RUN OUT OF A CERTAIN TYPE OF LIQUOR EVERY NIGHT. You would think an all inclusive resort would have plenty in stock right? Well not Sunscape. The moral around this resort SUCKS ! Customer services(front desk and some waiters and bartenders ) are horrible! I honestly felt like i was staying at a Motel. The rooms are nothing like the pictures they displayed either . Really really upset that i waisted my money on this resort. The island is very beautiful and I'm definitely going to be back but not at Sunscape !!!!!
SunClub is not worth it

We went for a girl's trip. The SunClub upgrade was a waste of money!!! The rooms are clean but old with cupboard doors falling off/not being able to close. Be prepared to wait for an hour or two during dinner at certain restaurants because not all restaurants are open every night. The entertainment was good. The pools were nice and the beach area was great. Go out early if you want a shaded lounge chair because there are not a lot pale umbrellas. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They do not have enough wash clothes for all guests!!
