While enjoying our experience at Paradisus Playa da Carmen we had the opportunity to visit with Liz at the South bar in the resort and had an exceptional time with her drink chemistry. Liz is an awesome drink chemist and provided exceptionally service.

Juste coming back from a week at THE RESERVE, which is arguably among the very best all-inclusives! The site, the restaurants, the rooms, the pools, but also the service, are stellar! We had a swim-up junior suite facing East on the quiet side (away from the main pool which is overly noisy (all day disco music cum DJ)) that has its own private pool... The food is excellent and varied, particularly at Sante (thank you WENDY, our server) and the Japanese restaurants. The buffet is also very good. The M Bar have the best margaritas and negronis! The only caveat I have is about the (paying) SAL restaurant, very expensive (150 US$ for a steak without a single side dish!). Special thanks and kudos to our concierge JUAN CARLOS (and his colleague ERIC) for their constant care and attention to detail throughout our stay, never failing to inquire, many times daily, if there was anything we needed. That's what I call outstanding service. We already looking forward to a return stay during the holidays!
