Returning home tomorrow but wanted to say what a great time we have had here on our 20th anniversary. Everyone was fantastic, friendly, polite and went way out of their way to help and make us feel comfortable and welcome. Dario and the other pool wait staff were always right there and got to know us and our preferences quickly. The entertainment staff including Leo, Jose, Mimo, Estephanie and all the rest really made the daytime activities fun for everyone. The fire show, live music and night entertainment was also very enjoyable. Will definitely come back soon!

Beautiful resort. Customer service is top notch. Lots of activities, concerts and shows. Amazing food and drinks. Room service is wonderful. Room with swim out pool was awesome. Massage and daily hydro therapy sessions with preferred status is simple the best. Gorgeous beach and water views.

Returned for our second stay at this property and brought my husbands brother and his wife because we knew they would love it. And they did! Stayed in building 12- swim out suite. We like this building because the pool gets late afternoon shade and it’s nice to be in the water but not exposed to full sun. Got beach cabana one day and pool cabana twice. We feel it’s worth it because it’s so nice to have that space to relax. Food was on point. No issues there. The service was once again- OUTSTANDING. Paola was our concierge and what a delight she is. She checked in at least twice a day and made sure all our needs were met. She truly goes above and beyond. I don’t drink and she made sure my sparkling cider was delivered to our room. She’s a gem. You can really tell how much she cares about the guests. Manuel took care of us poolside many days and he was fantastic. Once again- he made sure I had lots of non- alcoholic beverage options. We loved getting to know him. Luis and Edy never came by our chairs without making sure we were happy and cared for. Our sunglasses have never been cleaner! Francisco served us twice at the steakhouse. We asked for him the second time because he did such a great job. Don’t hesitate to book this property We will be back in 2025.

Emaunel was our concierge. He was perfect. He was attentive and his response time was impeccable. He was extremely humble and knowledgeable. The room was phenomenal. Loved the turn down service. Food and drinks were amazing. We had a wonderful time. We will return. This is an amazing resort. The attention to details, awesome staff, activities, views, and food make the trip worth every penny. There is always something to do and we met some wonderful people while we were there. The shows were always great. Hoping to be back soon!
