Our stay at the Swan Reserve was FANTASTIC! Olivia, who helped us check in, was so friendly and lovely! All of the valets were just fabulous. They were so helpful with a scooter that we had rented for our son; they kept it charged and easily accessible. The people that helped us with our luggage were great and the housekeeping staff were wonderful! Our room was perfectly clean each day. The beds were so comfortable and the location can't be beat. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed our time at Disney World more because of this hotel, I am sure. We had early entry and extended evening hour perks because of the Swan Reserve. The pools were great and the grounds were beautiful. I just can't say enough good things about this hotel. Do not hesitate to stay here. It was wonderful!!!

I had a beautiful experience. The place still feels new, the staff is not only helpful but friendly. I was welcomed back for their free activities on Wednesdays and Saturdays for their guests only fireworks viewing event. It's located across from Swan and Dolphin so you share amenities. It's right behind the Fantasia Mini Golf! They share a parking lot so there's plenty of self parking and valet as well. They have a bus stop to take you to the popular Disney stops, a Disney Guest Experience Desk for any assistance and a big hidden mickey in the lobby.
