Before you go

Make sure to check all travel documentation and ID as well as baggage allowances for carry on and checked baggage. WestJet allows child and infant equipment, including car seats, to be checked in addition to a guest's checked baggage allowance at no charge.

If you’re a new mom, or a soon-to-be mom, that’s an extra layer of preparation to consider. Here’s all you need to know when travelling with infants under two. For families travelling with older children, between 2 and 16 be sure to review the guidelines specific to your needs.
