Check-in instructions:
All guests checking in between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. will need to proceed to the Aston Maui Banyon front desk and use the courtesy phone located on the outside wall of the lobby. The courtesy phone will connect guests to the call centre for check-in assistance.
Cleaning fees include
- There is a mandatory check-out cleaning fee per unit paid directly to the hotel:
- Hotel room - $150 USD (plus tax). 1 Bedroom units - $200 USD (plus tax). 2 Bedroom units - $230 USD (plus tax).
Other fees include
- One time, non-refundable Reservation Process Fee $29.99 USD (plus tax), payable in destination.
- One time, non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee $39.99 USD (plus tax), payable in destination.

Nice property in great location near Wailea and all the good snorkeling beaches there. Nice updated studio. Nearby restaurants and right across the street from the beach.

Location from the beach and entertainment was spot on. Convenient parking fabulous staff and great atmosphere. The landscape within the property just definitely makes it a part of paradise.
