Frequent customer, now will rethink future stay

We have frequented Excalibur numerous trips and have enjoyed the property during previous stays. This time around the rooms were poorly cleaned, hair in the bathroom from prior tenants and spots on the floors that clearly were there for quite some time. On another note, we ended up needing a room key assist and had to have security guide us; after speaking with two front desk personal, two managers and two security guards, a run around and 30 minutes later, we were able to have an additional security officer unlock our room. His greeting to us was inappropriate, unprofessional and chose to scold us upon unlocking our door. His lack of kindness and unprofessional demeanor was a distasteful representation of this hotel and will make us rethink where we stay for future trips.

Awesome hotel. Simple rooms, easy to get around and close to shops and food. Go see Tournament of Kings it’s dinner and a show and I’m still drooling thinking of the food. Thanks!
