I had a horrible stay at the Paradisus Cabo. Upon my arrival I informed the reservation specialist that I would be traveling with my handicap aunt and that we would need a wheelchair, none was offered to us during our stay. I asked for distilled water for my moms cpap machine, none was offered. I asked for early check in because we would have been traveling a long time and my handicap aunt needed to rest when we arrived to Cabo. The room was not ready. I asked for an ADA room, none was available. When we came in on a Tuesday we wanted to eat at the Asian restaurant. It was closed. On Wednesday and Thursday the entertainment schedule said events ended at 23:00 they ended at 22:30. On Wednesday I had a group of 5 for dinner at Cappella, the host turned us away and asked us to come back 30 minutes later, he sat other guests that came in after us. No explanation on why we had to wait. Thursday my party of 5 wanted to wanted to eat dinner at the Asain restaurant because it was finally open and we were turned away because of a wedding party was having dinner. Our only option (so I thought) was Cappella, I approached the same host and asked for a table, he said could I come back in 30 minutes. At this time the restaurant is about 30% occupancy and it made no sense to why we would have to come back. Especially because I am traveling with a handicap family member who needs to sit down because the hotel did not have a wheelchair available for her. Not only that the elevators are so far away from the common areas, not ideal for people who need a wheelchair, This made our stay very difficult and not enjoyable. 0 stars!
It’s a decent price not sure if it’s worth the money

We booked a garden room for our 20th anniversary. Most of my review is going to be focused on the good parts of our trip, but there were some unpleasant moments too. Most of the staff is wonderful. Jennifer that made us coffee every morning was fantastic. Guadeloupe was very pleasant and positive…she was beachside drinks. Housekeeping and room service were consistent and very good. The lunch restaurant by the beach with the views and service were excellent. We loved the beach access and the accessibility to the ocean where we could swim. The room smelt of mold and ac was broken for the first few days of our trip despite several repairmen assuring us that the problem was fixed. Restaurants were inconsistently open and the food was mediocre at best. The concierge is really a part of the problem. You think he is there to make your time memorable and to assist you with your trip. All Roberto wanted to do was to introduce us to a team to sell us to the circle membership which is actually a time share. Don’t make the mistake of keeping that meeting. You are on vacation to enjoy yourself and to get away from pressures and meetings. Lastly, somehow I got locked in the bathroom and could not get out with no ventilation. It was very scary but somehow I managed to get out. I did report to the office. I hope this helps someone.
