Key Issues: * Disrespectful Treatment of Natasha: This is the most serious issue. The consistent lack of acknowledgment, disapproving looks, and the incident with the minibar intrusion are unacceptable and deeply disrespectful. * Poor Service Quality: * Limited Alcohol Selection: The lack of premium brands and the exorbitant price for Don Julio are significant concerns. * Inconsistent Service: Issues with the Score waitress, the honeymoon dinner waiter, and the lack of attention to detail with the room amenities (strawberries, champagne) point to a lack of consistency in service quality. * Massage Therapist Concerns: Natasha's negative experience with her massage therapist raises concerns about the quality of spa services. * Photographer Issues: The stand-offish behavior of the photographer, the missing photos, and the lack of the discount coupon are all unacceptable. * Communication and Resolution: The lack of transparency from the front desk regarding the breakfast delay and the overall lack of proactive resolution to the issues encountered are disappointing. I’m giving Royalton five stars because of the STAFF!! The hotel needs to be refurbished, however the hotel staff is truly amazing. We rented a cabana for the week. Our cabana attendant Andrew Killed it ! We did not go without anything!!! He would just show up with food and drinks ALL day!! He knew we were hungry and thirsty before we did!!! Andrew you are the reason we have returned to this resort!!!
