As a Hilton Diamond member who travels extensively for work and leisure, I have stayed at some great hotels, but The Fraye in Nashville is now #1 on my list. The hotel was amazing, but what truly elevated my stay was the exceptional service from Josh at the front desk. He was super welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of and made our New Year's eve trip unforgettable. Josh's genuine hospitality and professionalism is the reason I've been a Diamond member for many many years.

Great place to stay, actually attached to the apartments my son lives in. A diverse blend of amenities and staff is great.

We had to come to Nashville unfortunately for a funeral today and decided to stay at Hotel Fraye just because of its’ proximity to the church. This Hilton product is one of the best ones we’ve ever stayed at. The decor in the rooms and the common areas are very tastefully done. They had a whiskey and s’mores event going on in the bar when we checked in which was a nice touch, but the staff has been the most friendly and helpful of any Hilton staff anywhere, especially Khadir! Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable during tough times. 5 stars!!!! We’ll be back.

The atmosphere was so luxurious, yet cozy, the rooms were so clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay to include personal Keurig and bath robes! For the amount that we paid, it was well worth it. The location was fantastic, in Midtown and only a short Uber ride to Broadway. The staff was so friendly, including Josh, who took our bags when we first got here so we didn’t even have to go up to the room. He even gave us a food credit for a birthday we were celebrating at the Gathre where we booked brunch. We could just spend time with our family and start our fun day. Our server Dayni was fantastic! She brought out a dessert and rescued the 3 from our “30th birthday” balloons from the ceiling! Just a fantastic time all around.
