Amazing stay at the INNSiDE

We had an amazing stay at the INNSiDE. We had a small issue with our room but this was rectified really quickly. Everyone we met at the hotel were fabulous, but Marcellus and Robert on reception were especially lovely and super helpful. Would recommend and definitely stay again.
Not Not on my list of favourite hotel’s I’ve stayed in!!

Location is really good, but that’s where it stops. Unhelpful reception staff, overcharged after check out
