Whenever I attend a conference in Palm Desert I never stay at the host property but opt for this property. I am taken back by any visitor who would give this property less than 5 stars. We always feel special when we arrive - thank you Bibi at the front desk. Any issues we may have (very rare) are taken care of immediately including a prompt followup - thank you Chris. We had a great room with all the usual Marriott amenities you expect and enjoy. The AC is super quiet, the beds and pillows are great, the rooms were spotless, and the view was fantastic. If you like getting up to watch the sunrise or enjoy and amazing sunset- this is the place for you. Add the ducks, geese, road runners, humming birds, and assorted other creatures and it will always leave a smile on your face. Like tennis, pickle ball, croquet, bocce ball, or basketball- they have it at no additional charge. Like doing your own barbecues- they have state of the art barbecues. Like sitting around a fire pit- plenty of those. Like swimming- they have 6 or 7 pools (I lost count). They also have 2 state of the art gyms. You also have access to the JW Marriott and its many restaurants and there is a Ralph’s right across the street to fill up your full size kitchen. Do not want to pack much? Bring a couple pairs of shorts and shirts - you have a washer and dryer in your suite. For price, service, rooms, and facilities - this is one of the best properties in the chain. Really classy resort . Beds very comfortable & many pools to chose from . Gas grills available. Shuttle service is convenient. Some good restaurants at the main hotel . Nice TV in unit . If you are not an owner they charge $25 a day for parking. 30 min drive to PS airport. You can use the main pool at hotel . 2 golf courses on the property
