This all inclusive truly ranks 5 star. It is aesthetically beautiful, all buildings are thatched , from the moment you arrive you are taken care of. Each detail, like a welcome drink served in a hollowed out cucumber has been thought of. I was upgraded to an ocean view room, which was marvelous, beautiful large balcony with comfortable chairs. Spacious room. Each person had a concierge, a shout out to mine , Amada, who arranged a horseback ride for me on a day they don’t do then, because of a mixup( mine). The atmosphere is festive, yet quiet. Three restaurants serve different kinds of foods. All good. Especially the appetizers. The activities range from yoga to cycling in the pool. The only disappointment was the snorkeling. They advertise snorkeling from their beach, but the coral is sadly bleached. Nothing to see. I had to travel many miles on an excursion to get in some snorkeling. They should not have this as a feature!!!! Because that was partly why I chose it. But it was truly a magnificent experience anyway.

The Zoetry was a great and wonderful experience, the staff was extremely accommodating and very friendly. Special thanks to Amada our concierge that was always responsive and handled all of our needs and went above and beyond. Amada was great and very sweet 5??s...... Angel and Rigoberto & Alan were also extremely friendly and great. The chef supervisor was awesome with all the food preparations. All restaurants & bar tenders were equally friendly and attentive, thank you Jordy at the lobby bar & wine master Santiago always recommending best wines according to our appetite. Special thanks to Eduardo for being our waiter to our romantic dinner by the beach. Our hotel suite was always very clean and neat and fully staffed. Super Zen place to relax and reset from a very busy business life. We also became members of the Hyatt family of hotels and we hope to come back very soon to Zoetry.
