Want to give a shout out to the excellent activities staff at El Dorado Maroma. Osvaldo, Jerik, Mauricio, Marlon, and Alex played volleyball with us throughout the week. Alex played competitive ping pong with me. Osvaldo gave us Latin dance lessons. Osvaldo and DJ Chris stayed up late doing Karaoke with us and making it fun. And they all participated in the pool foam party and made it a lot of fun. They do a great job interacting with guests, learning our names and personalities, cutting up and having fun. Thanks so much for your excellent customer service and helping make our vacation a memorable experience. Entire staff is wonderful from check in, restaurants, pool bars, room service, cleaning staff, concierge, beach butler, Henri the bellman, grounds keeping, etc. The beautiful beach, nice restaurants, nice rooms, and friendly staff keep us coming back. Truly feels like coming back to our vacation home.
