We have the great pleasure of being regularly served by Rodolfo, and he exceeds our expectations every time. His cocktails are not only delicious and creative but also true works of art. Whether classic or innovative, Rodolfo masters the art of mixing perfectly. What also sets him apart is his multilingualism. No matter what language you speak, he always finds the right words and creates a welcoming atmosphere. His positive and friendly demeanor makes every visit a special experience. In short: Rodolfo is not only an excellent bartender but also a fantastic host. We always look forward to being served by him!
Nice hotel- great customer service

We stayed at Iberostar- beach. This was our first time at an all inclusive. This resort is very nice but within it is 5 different hotels. With our reservation (beach) we had access to Del Mar and beach but we did not have access to the other 3 hotels within this property. The rooms were very spacious and the bed was very firm. We got 2 separate rooms for the 4 guests we had traveling with us. One room had a walk in shower and the other had a bathtub that was pretty hard to get in and out of. Overall the rooms were nice but we would rather have a walk in shower with all the sand than a bathtub. The beach was extremely clean and around noon there was a small place you could get a quick snack. The pools were always busy and people try to reserve chairs even though they clearly have noted that you are not supposed to reserve any. If you want a pool chair, you may need to get there before 9am especially on weekends. I thought food would be more easily accessible but you do have to walk quite a bit to get to all the food. There were 6 different options for dinner but lunch was basically the same anywhere you went. I also thought drinks would be more easily accessible but by the pool you had to go to the swim up bar to get drinks. The pool is only open from 7am-7pm so there is not night swimming. On our first night they advised we had $300 in resort credits but to get it we had to go through an hour and a half sales pitch for their club. It was very unenjoyable and took up a lot of time. We also got a free massage by going through this sales pitch but it was uncomfortable and took a lot out of the day while on vacation. I recommend not going to the front desk if you receive the $300 credit (it is not an actual credit it is just $25 off if you spend $100, and you shouldn’t be spending much money because it is an all inclusive) Overall our stay was very enjoyable. The staff at the pool and in the restaurants are very lovely and fun. You can tell they really love what they do! Mariaucan checked us in and helped with all our beginning questions. Marco was in the lobby doing many activities every night. I definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Cancun. I do not think it is 5 stars but it is clean and the grounds are lovely. We used Canada transfers to get from the airport to the hotel and they were very efficient and on time.
