Another great trip! Not perfect, but as close as you might get!

Another great stay! We arrive 1/4/24 and are at the airport on 1/10 heading home. My wife and I fell I love with Maroma last time and this is now our go to to get away alone for a week or so. We stayed in the Villas next to palafitos. Each morning, our cabana and beach chairs were ready for us. Carlos at the palafitos bar made sure we were well hydrated at all times. Salome filled in great in his off day. The activities team including Jerik, Oswaldo, Mereció were amazing! Mafer started this week and she will also be amazing! The volleyball, crafts, food making, dancing, kayaking, and Paddle boarding made our trip a Blaze. Great job team! Our butlers, Hans and Eli were top notch. They will do anything to make your stay great! They really do care that your stay is a good as possible. Karla, the member concierge was very nice and made sure we had what we needed for our membership. She was not pushy and was very gracious on some constructive feedback we had. If you do sign up, get everything in writing and ask for anything you can think of. All the other bar tenders - Ana, Salome, Diego, Francisco, and so many more were amazing. Our favorite part is the Spa. The gym is good (could be a little bigger as it got crowded), the water therapy is great, and the massage treatments are top notch. Anjeles is amazing for deep tissue massages. Flor was also very good. They were so good, we just kept requesting them. All of the restaurants were the best AI food we have had. Specialized themes and the service goes above and beyond. There was noticeable improvement across all places from our last trip. Papitos service was the only one that could use some improvement - vet slow for breakfast and lunch. The addition of the taqueria and ice cream bar were great ideas. We could use a few more ‘fast options’ Shout out to the beach cleaning crew - the seagrass is unexpected this time of year and they work tirelessly to keep it as clean as possible. anyone complaining, please watch how hard these guys work to make your stay as good as they can and give some grace. The best part, apart from the staff, is the friends you make and people you meet. You may even find your long lost paddle board brother! Maybe the only thing I would suggest is working on something new for Mexican night. Seems like the same show and the food selection was the only food we had that was not great.

Amazing hotel. We have been several times, and it keeps getting better and better. The hotel is great. The staff is the best we have ever had. Salome, Karen, Felipe, Betsy, Ana, Josua, Francisco, Rene, Daniel will serve you amazing drinks. The spa is relaxing. I highly recommend Liliana and Ana at the spa. The food at all of the restaurants is 5 star. Quit reading reviews and book the amazing trip!
