Location is Key!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Ports of Call Resort in Turks and Caicos from December 31 to January 2, 2026. First, Bernard at the front desk was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant from check-in to check-out. Second, Jodi in Reservations was accommodating, professional, and very responsive. The bartender — the young gentleman with dreads (my apologies for forgetting his name) — was the best. The location is a 10/10. The complimentary continental breakfast was a 3/10. The room was a 6/10 — not fancy, and I would definitely recommend a pool-view room, as I initially had a balcony with an obstructed view and had to be moved. While the hotel may not offer luxury accommodations, the outstanding staff and unbeatable location more than make up for it. Thank you to the entire team at Ports of Call Resort. I truly appreciate you!
