We recently stayed at Inn at Laurel Point and here are our pros and cons: Pros: Location was fantastic (especially if you plan on walking), staff were so friendly and helpful, we were able to check in early and check out later than the assigned time, we were celebrating our anniversary so they treated us to a dessert, room was clean, the restaurant has an amazing patio, and the view from the room was stellar! We watched boats, Ships and Float planes come in and out. Cons: Room was renovated but still showing its age (we were in the Laurel wing), the pool was small and indoors, would have loved to have an outdoor hot tub and pool (especially with the view), and the price was expensive for the amenities and room niceness in our opinion. All in all, the hotel was a good choice, we were only here 2 nights and were out most of the day :).
Rethink the parking charge

Nice view and good food at Aura but I object to paying six dollars to park my car in the hotel garage for two hours so I can eat in their restaurant. Surely they can offer complimentary parking for diners? Street parking nearby is difficult. Apart from that complaint, this is an attractive venue to take visitors.
