There are numerous emails between Sales Manager Tracy Anderson and Front Desk Manager ibrihim Kirmaci, my husband and/or I, all on Hyatt's email server and in our possession regarding my complaint: 1. Management is collecting credit card data outside the secure Sertifi process and stating that this is the policy of their hotel, despite this policy not being visible on any Hyatt platform. 2. I was denied reasonable access as a disabled person despite a clear care request and instead was given a room farthest from an elevator. 3. Over the course of three days, Sales Manager Tracy Anderson harassed both my husband and myself into handing over credit card details in an unsecure fashion under threat of not having a room at the property. There was a failure to resolve these issues at the property by the General Manager Gina Villanueva, who maintained that this property only authorizes credit card payments for another guest’s room via Tracy Anderson and her corporate event form. She also stated that this property typically declines credit card authorization forms?! She stated this property will not allow paying for another guest's room ever again due to my complaint. There has been zero explanation why Tracy was even involved, as again, a confirmed Sertifi payment was in place. A flimsy excuse about occupancy or a misunderstanding does not explain my room assignment to my satisfaction. Hyatt refuses to acknowledge these issues so social media and litigation it is.

Then the place is beautiful—customer service and front desk are top-notch. Great bar. Rooms are solid and quite and richly furnished. Very good sleeping conditions. Breakfast was.. meh... paying for much the same items you normally get included in hotels at a lower price point. :-(

I had never stayed at Hyatt before but I will be more often! The rooms and design was really great and better than anything else in that area for this price range! I had a pet and the pet rooms was well designed with appropriate furniture well kept and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and it has a really nice roomy sofa bed and lots of storage and places to stay organized. Shower was great and the washroom was larger than most hotel bathrooms. The breakfast and the staff was amazing and the food was next level with a nice set up and very clean and hot. We ordered food from the menu after a late arrival and the food and bar was really great and very fast...I was happy to see the restaurant was still open after we arrived and is another reason I would book this location. We were near the elevator and I didnt hear it at all. Also had large windows, room was a consistent temperature, and our rooms keys worked well with the pet door entry and room and elevator entry. Tons of parking and a really nice set up for my pet area and lot of area to walk. the other thing I noticed was the location, from other places in the city I felt very safe and didnt worry at all about my vehicle which I cant say if the experience at some locations in this city. I would for sure recommend this Hyatt hotel and I will be staying here in future because the value for the price was fantastic!

Staff was super friendly, breakfast was good, and the room was perfect Having the desk made it easy to get some work done as well. Included shuttle to the airport made this perfect.

The hotel is quiet, clean and has spacious rooms and the price is fantastic, especially considering the astronomical cost of hotel rooms these days. The restaurant has lots of great options and the dishes we tried were delicious. The staff were friendly, courteous and eager to help in any way they could. Highly recommend.
