Overall good but bad in breakfast. You should provide complementary breakfast services to all your guest. So that the staying experience will be more remembering

Hello! My wife & I stayed at the 'Hyatt Place Calgary International Airport' on June 8th through June 9th. Unfortunately, we didn't have a positive experience. The hotel premises and the room were clean & quiet and the breakfast was good; however, the check-in experience was unfriendly & unwelcoming. The lady who checked us in seemed agitated by our presence and appeared unwelcoming & unfriendly. In addition, the water flow in the shower was very low and the water temperature was barely lukewarm, which prompted my wife to skip bath. We chose Hyatt over other hotel brands because of its reputation, comfort, and value, however, this property left us with a dull experience. I would appreciate if my feedback is considered to improve Hyatt standards, so that we may continue to enjoy Hyatt properties as repeated customers. I am also requesting some form of compensation for the inconvenience that this experience has caused. Thank you, Regards, Siddhartha Sanghi.

Was a comfortable and pleasant stay for our family of 4. We had a late night night flight into Calgary so I wanted to stay close to the airport (vs downtown). Thankful I did as by the time we arrived our rental car was closed for the evening so I would need to return in the morning to pickup our rental. The hotel has an airport shuttle, perfect, so I jumped on that. Breakfast was hot and filled us for the morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and appeared to be a new build. Would definitely stay here again?

Clean and friendly service, great breakfast! Close to a casino. Bathroom shower was nice size with quality fixtures. Shuttle available for airport transfer. Recommend.

Breakfast was excellent. Room Was never cleaned in 3 nights. Garbage was not removed and towels were not replaced. Cleanliness standards have dropped considerably. Not recommended
