room was clean, bed super comfy, restaurant had excellent service and the food was very good (had fish and chips and war wonton soup). So handy to airport

Nice, new Hyatt property near Calgary airport, if that is where you need to be. Solid restaurant. Comfortable room. Great, professional staff, with one exception. Excellent value on points or cash.

Still waiting for someone to contact me in regards to being charged for a cancellation that was approved by the Front Desk Manager.

Booked the 1 bedroom with kitchen, kitchen not equipped at all, not even a kettle insight. Room was clean, shower pressure was super high it was painful, there is no pool but that’s my fault should have verified properly. Breakfast was pretty good. No housekeeping for the 3 days we were there. Very high price for very little, not worth it at all

Check in was easy and quick, huge thanks to David for making it a positive experience. Room size and overall appearance was great. Was hoping for a Smart Tv, where we could screen mirror and watch out shows but that wasn't a huge set back. A bit upsetting to find out after we made our coffees that the mugs provided in our room were not clean, as they had coffee stains down the sides, making us question if they had been cleaned. Also, a bit disappointment with the hotel's policy that Housekeeping does not clean/ refresh your room every day. Yes, it was an easy fix, with a quick request for new towels but had we known that, we could have attempted to use our towels sparingly. The Breakfast buffet was mediocre. If you are someone who can put away a lot of food and be comfortable after, then this is for you. if you are a slice of toast, coffee and a sausage, maybe not.
