A clean, well furnished, and very elegantly designed hotel with a host of useful services such as a complimentary buffet breakfast to Regency Club members. The hotel gym is also quite well maintained. Its easy to recommend this hotel for anyone looking to travel, whether for business or entertainment purposes.
Decent hotel but poor client service policies

The room was mostly comfortable although temperature regulation was a little wonky. The facilities were very nice The hotel is next to a noisy bar, which was annoying although it stopped before bedtime The most annoying part of the experience was that we were there as part of a large conference which paid the Hyatt a lot. The last session of the conference was scheduled to end at checkout time so we asked for a 30min-1hr delayed checkout and Hyatt wanted to charge us $100 for the privilege
