Great hotel, but carpets caused allergies.

I am an allergy sufferer, who was forced to stay the Calgary Hyatt because a client held a convention there. I gave the place 5 stars, because the services appeared good, and colleagues appeared happy. However the rooms had carpets in them, and the windows did not open, which facilitated "sick building syndrome." I was very sick during my star and for several days after.

Our stay was wonderful and even end up having the pool area to ourselves for an hour. Also, the staff were wonderful. Great place to stay!
Nice in general but not good for sleeping

Noise from street is crazy loud because staff from hotels and restaurants are not calling police when buskers perform (with amps) after 10pm. Buskers are not permitted to perform between 10pm and 7am and are disturbing 3 hotels worth of guests. Hotels need to do better to have their staff on top of this issue

It was a wonderful stay from start to finish - loved my room and felt so comfortable and welcome. Staff were wonderful! Will definitely be going back.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and the staff treated me like royalty! The food both in the hotel (at the conference) and at Thomson's was exceptional, as was the wait staff at the restaurant. I truly cannot wait to go back!
