This was a really nice resort. The staff are very friendly and willing to help. Make sure you know what you are booking because they are a tiered approach. They has all inclusive or non options.
Don’t waste your time or money here!!

The first couple of days started off ok. Then there were 4 cruise ships in port and the staff ignored our group for 3.5 hours and gave service to all the beach pass people even when we asked for something. Then one by one everyone in our group fell ill over the week and the only thing we all had in common was the resort and more specifically the ice in the drinks. The service continued to be very poor culminating with me being ignored for a whole hour at breakfast despite making eye contact with numerous servers. When I finally went to the bar to ask for coffee (because the self serve coffee pot was empty) I was told “get it yourself.” At this point I explained to him I wasn’t making coffee at an all inclusive and that was the wrong answer. The final (and worst) straw was then finding out >$700 had been stolen from my friends room while she was as breakfast and the resort did everything they could to deflect blame and not help at all. Numerous times they made excuses why the cops weren’t coming despite calling them. The police finally showed up after we called them ourselves. The resort rep continued to try and deny and tell the police there was no case despite there being film the only people outside of room residents who was in the room was the maid. After we left rumors folks figured out they had missing items and one item was left and now the resort is denying finding it. Overall horrible experience and please don’t waste your time here!
