I went with my family for thanksgiving break and this hotel is amazing. It’s in a very good location we got all inclusive and just ate at the restaurant every day and I have no complaints the service was excellent, something broke in our room but they came to fix it within 5 minutes. They have many beach chairs by the pool and easy access to the ocean and dive shop. Loved this hotel would stay here again!

Our stay at El Cid was truly unforgettable thanks to the exceptional service and personal touch from Alberto, Oscar, Rodger, and the entire staff. I traveled with my daughter and two young grandchildren, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate us. They were incredibly patient with food requests—especially since the little ones only wanted pizza, chicken nuggets, and fries! For me, the culinary experience was outstanding, particularly the Mexican night. I had always wanted to try mole sauce, and it was absolutely delicious! The combination of flavors was remarkable and made the evening special. Aside from the friendly and hardworking staff, the authentic food experience at El Cid is reason enough to return. Thank you for making our trip a beautiful memory!
