Amazing trip

We had an absolutely amazing 7 days here. Let’s start with our arrival. Alexis, the doorman, greeted us with a big hello and smile. Every single day he would say “welcome home” when we came back from being out. To say he is one of the most pleasant people on earth would be an understatement. We absolutely love him. Our room was fantastic. Ocean view with balcony. The bed was super comfortable, shower was huge and the amenities were nice. Angelique did an amazing job at keeping everything stocked and clean. The buffet was worth it for breakfast because Martina at the omlet station just brightened up the morning with her smile and wink. What a wonderful woman. We enjoyed dinner at multiple restaurants in the Rif which is attached to the hotel. My favorite was Gondola, for Italian. Best lasagna I have had in a long time. The service was outstanding at all the restaurants. The beach is pristine and the water in both the beach area and the pool is the perfect temperature. Make a stop at 5 O’clock Somewhere for drinks and lunch, fantastic service. Island time is to be expected, life just slows down and you get to enjoy yourself. I highly recommend a trip here. We did all inclusive, but it’s not a must. We will return!

Love this location, close to everything. The staff they are extremely friendly I got in early but had to prepare for a meeting, they were extremely accommodating with a room for me to change and be ready for my meeting. Didn’t have a bed slippers and I always look forward to my bed slippers when I visit, in no time I had a knock at my door with two slippers. Plus a call right after to confirm I received my slippers and if I needed anything else. Service is top notch at this location. By the way, the food is great at the location but it is in easy walking distance to manny other options including the floating bridge
