Visited for a family wedding. Lovely resort. One of the most beautiful weddings I have ever seen. But the island itself tolerates tourists, not welcomes them. Went out of the resort twice to dinner and received food before drinks? Also charged 200$ US for 10 mile taxi trips. Price gauging. ??
Curacao is a wonderful place to visit

The hotel is amazing. The rooms are great-we had a balcony room with an ocean view. The staff is wonderful. I loved the manmade beach and pool with a view of the ocean. The location is right near downtown with a great selection of things to do-eat, take a free walking tour, visit the Jewish Synagogue and the slave museum, walk around, or visit the shops. Don't forget to see the part of downtown on this side of the Emma Bridge. Eat the banana soup at Governor. While in Curacao, take a sunset cruise, visit the caves and the distillery.
