Marriott Harbor Beach Resort and Spa will be undergoing a renovation project from April 15 – December 31, 2024,
A plan has been crafted to ensure there will be minimal guest impact, however, please note some outlets and areas of the hotel may be closed temporarily. (All dates below are subject to change)
- April 10 – December 31 – Façade enhancements. Guest impact will be minimal.
- June 15 – November 19 – Guest Rooms and Suites. Select guest rooms and suites may be impacted during this time. Minimal to no noise disruption is expected in the guest rooms.
- July 8 – July 30- Riva Restaurant will be relocated to 3030 restaurant
- July 8 – September 30- Minor lobby repairs, but ocean views from the lobby may be obstructed.
- July 8 – October 7- Fitness Center will remain OPEN but repairs will be made during operating hours
- August 1 – September 19- 3030 Restaurant will offer bar and outdoor seating only
- August 1 – September 30 – Sea Level will remain open during renovations, but some sections may be closed temporarily.
Although some noise may be heard, all efforts will be made to minimize impact to guests during this time.

- One Hour Kayak, Paddle Board, Surf Board or Boogie Board per room per day (Age restrictions apply)

Nuno was a great server! He was always attentive and there if my family and I ever needed anything! The beach is beautiful and the service made my experience at the hotel much better! 10/10 service for sure! Nuno was very personable and goes above and beyond for his customers!

Thank you to Ritch and Nuno and all the other beach staffs for making our day these guys are amazing they work their butt off in the hot sun just to fulfill our needs these guys definitely deserves a raise we hope to see you guys soon on our next visit thank you guys!
