Marriott Harbor Beach Resort and Spa will be undergoing a renovation project from April 15 – June 2025,
A plan has been crafted to ensure there will be minimal guest impact, however, please note some outlets and areas of the hotel may be closed temporarily. (All dates below are subject to change)
- April 10 – June 2025 – Façade enhancements. Guest impact will be minimal.
- June 15 – November 19 – Guest Rooms and Suites. Select guest rooms and suites may be impacted during this time. Minimal to no noise disruption is expected in the guest rooms.
- July 8 – July 30- Riva Restaurant will be relocated to 3030 restaurant
- July 8 – September 30- Minor lobby repairs, but ocean views from the lobby may be obstructed.
- July 8 – October 7- Fitness Center will remain OPEN but repairs will be made during operating hours
- August 1 – September 19- 3030 Restaurant will offer bar and outdoor seating only
- August 1 – September 30 – Sea Level will remain open during renovations, but some sections may be closed temporarily.
Although some noise may be heard, all efforts will be made to minimize impact to guests during this time.

- One Hour Kayak, Paddle Board, Surf Board or Boogie Board per room per day (Age restrictions apply)

My birthday weekend

A thousand things could have gone wrong, but when you have a staff like this one. It doesn’t matter. I’m gonna start off with people who definitely made our stay feel like we were visiting family. Jennifer, you fought to get us when we can early. Lart, you stud muffin you, good luck on your time with us. The nice African American lady who made the omelets. You were so fun to talk to. Ahmed and the other operations guy, don’t remember his name, hut I gave him my business card. Haitian gentleman, both so friendly. Now let’s talk about the hotel. Right in the beach. It was nice just to sit in the balcony and enjoy the ocean view. Pool! Wow! I didn’t even want to leave. So refreshing and just a paradise. Yes a paradise. Sea level restaurant was amazing. John our server was a kind soul and we loved him. Food was absolutely amazing. I had the jerk chicken nachos. Put me right into a food coma, and what better place to let the food settle then the pool chairs. Our room was our home away from home. Bed was super comfy. I didn’t even want to get out of bed. My wife had to yell at me because I was being lazy. lol. Hey guys. Thanks for an amazing stay. We’re titanium elite members and this place got it all right. Can’t wait to see this family again .

Once again the staff at Marriott Harbor Beach made our anniversary weekend trip memorable! We had amazing over the top service from Bud, Nuno, Lester, Rolph, Emily, & Claudia on the beach and Hananne at the front desk! The Marriott Harbour Beach feels like our home away from home because of the these people that Donelle Zunker has working on her team! We were here just 6 weeks ago and decided to come back as we love it here that much! -Veruschka & Tim Bosco
