Terrence was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Terrence was personable while providing us with excellent customer service. I was impressed with the quality of service provided by Terrence. I cannot thank him enough for making our stay pleasant and enjoyable! Thank you!
The staff was very friendly; the hotel was very clean, staff accommodated us when asked. the valet guys were awesome.

Hotel was nice and clean; friendly staff. One issue was that one of our beds had a dip due to mattress usage. The did rectify this issue, but the mattress didn’t feel right. Other than that; we would definitely recommend this hotel and we will return.
