Everyone is amazing here, so nice and so helpful. We came for our honeymoon and they gave us a wonderful baskets full of goodies and sodas. We are so thankful to be here.

Great hotel experience with a perfect location across from queens beach. We stayed here for 10xdays as we moved off the island. We couldn't be more happier with the accommodations and the staff. The amenities are also great, a pool, free sunscreen, and each room can rent three items a day from a local store for free.

This hotel was the perfect place to stay while on the island. IT is walking distance to most places if not a quick ride. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and nice. The wifi didn't work and when it did it was too weak to use. My only other complaint is the same I have with every other hotel. The hidden fees at arrival. This one was $235 at arrival. I will never give hotels perfect reviews as long as such a shady practice is in effect. To wait until the customer is at the hotel and has no choice but to pay extra fees is a disgusting practice.

I would recommend this hotel for anyone going to Waikiki for the first time,l for any occasion. We had an ocean front corner room. I would definitely recommend getting the ocean front rooms. 1. Booking & Check-In Experience Booking the room was simple, plenty of different options to choose from. Checking inn was quick and easy super friendly staff due in the whole stay. 2. Room The room was nice and clean no weird smells, everything work. The bed was nice and comfortable plenty of pillows. The bathroom products were excellent all had a nice coconut smell to them. House keeping was always friendly and had no issues replacing what was needed. 3. Amenities They have a pool, gym,laundry, valet parking. They have a store attached to the hotel that has everything you could need. Also has a restaurant attached lulus that was phenomenal. They offered beach towels and a store nearby had beach rentals included with staying at the hotel. 7. Location The location is definitely one of the best, they are right on the end of the Waikiki strip and next to the zoo and parks. So you almost in a nice little secluded spot. 8. Value for Money The price was very reasonable for the area, the hotel is a little dated if your use to staying in higher end hotels. The resort fee is expected but you can definitely get your value out of it if you take advantage of what it offers, between the towel service and free beach rentals.

If you want to vacation in Honolulu, I highly recommend the Park Shore Waikiki! Location! Location! Location! The beach is right across the street. The zoo is across the side street. The aquarium is down the street. There are three restaurants on site. An ABC store can be accessed from the lobby. And you’ll want to go to the ABC because it has everything. Jen and I have Ubered and the location means that most anything you want to see is not expensive to get to. If you want to drive yourself, there’s a ride share app called Hui. You can rent the car for a whole day or just a couple hours, and the car will be parked for you to pick up on the Park Shore property. It’s not cheap. Not expensive, but just right. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Great place to be!
