Great customer service. Would definitely stay again. A few requests and they handled them promptly. All staff is excellent and very customer oriented.

Was so happy with this place. It ended up being the second cheapest option that I looked at. I didn't book an ocean view but still had a partial view which was fantastic. The beach is about a 30 second walk. I didn't rent any chairs or equipment. A Starbucks next to the hotel and of course those ABC stores are on every block. Those were super convenient for snacks, supplies, and souvenirs. Pool was nice. I looked at the gym but didn't end up using it. 3 people max at a time though. Kind of small. Room was clean and housekeeping was every other day.

Very relaxing, not too challenging, great way to loosen up for the day! The first sentence is all I have to say but I'll add fluff to meet the min character.

Park Shore was an excellent choice for us to stay while visiting Waikiki. Walking distance to everything we needed. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Our room was very clean and I loved the mattress. We’ll be back and recommend it to our travel agent.
Convenient place

The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room was ok. Convenient location. We could walk to a lot of places to eat and the beach is directly across the street. Also ABC store right there. We ate many times at LuLu's that you can enter right from the hotel. The pool was devine!!
