The Park Shore Waikiki is easily one of the best-kept secrets in the area, offering unbeatable value and top-tier amenities right across from the beach. Being steps from the ocean and surrounded by great restaurants and local shops makes the location tough to beat. Our room was clean, comfortable, and offered fantastic views. What really sets this property apart, though, is the staff—they are attentive, welcoming, and genuinely focused on guest satisfaction. When a minor issue came up with our room, Matt (the GM) and Chevie (Manager) handled it immediately with exceptional level of service to make sure our stay was perfect. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return on our next trip to Waikiki!

Paige was our instructor for the class. She brought us to the beach and gave us a great session. She was easy to follow and very friendly.

This hotel is in a brilliant location. It is at the end of the main strip next to the zoo so you have a wonderful view of the beach and Diamond head. Was less than 30 minute walk into the main centre, however there is really no reason to go. Lots of shops close by. We bought breakfast and lunch at the ABC stores. The rooms are due for an upgrade and we had ocean and Diamond head views room with a deck. However, the price is good compared to the more up market hotels. The staff are fabulous and helpful. Lulus restaurant is next door and you get a discount through the hotel along with beach chairs from another outlet next door.
