Solid hotel choice given its excellent location at the end of the Waikiki Beach strip, yet right next to the park, the zoo and Diamondhead. It’s a step up from the Twin Fin Hotel right next door, which may be a twin property (some features cross over, such as Sun Bum sunscreen on site and the same dispensers for shampoo/ conditioner/ shower gel. Also quite a lot of rust around doors, ledges, sills, and scuff marks. Very old carpet in hallways on floors with rooms. Small turnout to pull up in your car, which also has to be valet parked for $55/night. We were given breakfast vouchers for one food and one drink selection at one of three nearby cafes.

A great location just a few steps from the Waikiki beach wall and Honolulu Zoo. The service is prompt and friendly. Easy walking access to shops and restaurants. Parking is valet service.

This hotel has a great location right across the street from the beach and Queen Kapiolani Park. The lobby is not like the busy train station like lobbies if the other hotels in Waikiki. Its definitely quiet and relaxing for being across the street from the beach. The rooms facing Diamond Head were wonderful! Super clean hotel with an ABC store just outside. Big thanks to Kai at the desk for everything he did to make our reservation and check in process go smoothly for our family's need of 4 rooms including one that was ADA accessible. Our room attendant on the 16th floor (I forgot her name) was so sweet and friendly. She helped with anything we needed in the rooms and took the time to chat with my mom. Thanks again to Kai and Angel at the desk also for saying hi and chatting with us every day. And a big thanks to Matthew McGuigan for his wonderful demeanor vibrant personality. I'm so happy that I brought my family there!
