Wow, what an amazing hotel! The staff (girl w/ the amazing eyeshadow) is friendly, welcoming, and super knowledgeable. The location is perfect--it's on the quieter side of the strip, so it isn't as crowded, and the views are incredible. Soft ,comfy , clean beds . You have Lulu's and an ABC Store on site, and the beach is directly across the street. We booked an ocean view room, and it was 100% worth it (though from the looks of it, even the other rooms have great views as well). The bathroom is a bit weathered, but not enough to ruin the experience. The elevators can be slow, the other guests are so friendly that you don't even mind the wait. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, but unfortunately very poor service after checkout. More than a month after checking out, €164.40 is still blocked on my account, while the actual parking charge was already paid separately. I contacted the hotel several times and received conflicting explanations, especially from Jon, but no solution. My bank confirmed the issue needs to be resolved by the hotel/their bank. Very disappointing that I still have to chase my own money more than a month later.

Excellent mid range choice on Waikiki Hotel faces Diamond Head and the Pacific at the end of the strip. You’ll have no other buildings blocking your view. Very friendly staff. My second stay here. Hotel has made upgrades since last visit. I’m a travel advisor. One of my specialties are Hawaiian Honeymoons so I know the Honolulu hotel market well. Great 3 to 4 star property and excellent value.

We enjoyed our stay at the Park shore very much! Super friendly staff and the location was excellent! Especially the Yoga classes with instructor Paige in the morning by the beach were amazing

Good experience, not perfect. Location and staff were great. The rooms seem a little damp, that just might be a normal Hawaii humidity experience.
