Perfect Experience! Thank you Kai!

Adin C (Burbank, California) on Mar 22, 2026

Huge thank you to Kai and Olivia at the front desk. It was my first time in Oahu. They made me feel welcomed. Gave me recommendations to everything I asked! The hotel location is damn near perfect. Not in the middle of Waikiki so you don’t have that much traffic, but still close to everything. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, stores, etc. Literally the best ocean view! Valet parking guys are super nice and friendly. I will definitely be booking here on my next visit. Adin

Perfect location & incredible view! This was our first time in Waikiki and this oceanfront hotel was the best home base.

Quick Visit to Waikiki

taranH2699XY on Mar 16, 2026

We had a great stay. The staff were truly outstanding- everyone was friendly, welcoming and very helpful throughout our visit. The valet service was especially impressive: quick, organized and always courteous. This made coming and going really easy. The location is another big plus, it's in a great spot to get around and explore. There are lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance but it's also easy to drive out of town because it's at the end of Waikiki. The only downside was the room itself. It was small and felt a bit dated but it was very clean and the bed was comfy! Overall, the excellent service and location made for a great stay! Oh and the free, fresh ground morning coffee!!!!

Beautiful ocean/Diamondhead view.

Lee Ann G on Mar 15, 2026

We absolutely love, love, love our view. That's what brought us back. Last year we liked our bathroom, it was nice sized and had a big vanity. This year the bathroom was very small, the sink didn't have any vanity, there weren't any shelves to leave things on. We ended up using the luggage rack with the ironing board on top for storing things. Even with the shower turned on high the water was barely luke warm, several days. The shower is a walk in handicap. If we didnt have the shower head turned toward the wall and the floor ledge lined with towels the water covered the floor almost to the toilet. The room was cleaned 3 times and it took me asking to have the soap refilled, the desk had dust on it from the day we came to the day we left, other then the part I cleaned off. When they are only coming every other day to clean, they should leave more than 2 cups and coffees. The baseboards need a good cleaning, and so do the edges of the carpet. I don't think the lanai ever got cleaned either. That could use some scrubbing to. We love where it's located, love the view, but this year all those other things made it disappointing, but I'm sure we'll be back.

I would stay here again

Discerning12 (Baltimore, Maryland) on Mar 10, 2026

I would stay here again. The hotel is a good value and was clean. Lulu's restaurant became our go-to place for breakfast, lunch and dinner for a few days. It was nice to be able to obtain a beach chair and umbrella as part of the resort fee. We stayed in a room that did not face the ocean. I think it was quieter because it faced a side street and another hotel. We kept the A/C fan on all the time and didn't have noise issues. The location is very good, at the end of Waikiki Beach, next to the zoo, and with a nice view of Diamond Head. We asked for maintenance because the shower head was leaking up to the ceiling and getting the bathroom floor wet. It was fixed quickly. The only issue is that the scent machines in the lobby are about six feet off the floor and they shoot out scents that I choked on twice.
