We’ve been to the hotel a number of times. Always a good experience. The staff are wonderful and very attentive to their guests. Whenever we had questions they responded immediately and with a smile. The location near the zoo is super convenient and is quieter than other spots along the strip of hotels.

Love this hotel! The location is amazing! I almost hate to write a good review because I'm not sure I want to share this place! Queens Beach for snorkeling is right there. Beach volleyball! Views! Nice pool and stunning views of Diamond Head overlooking the zoo! Staff is helpful and friendly! Beds are VERY comfy!

We attended the yoga session on Friday morning and Julia was an excellent instructor. She provided plenty of options for beginners and those that wanted a bit more of a challenge. We had a lovely morning continuing our yoga practice in Waikiki. Highly recommend the yoga sessions, it’s a great way to start the day.

The location is outstanding. We were able to walk everywhere except when we went on our tours but those were planned and transportation was included. Coffee is included with the room. There was a small refrigerator and a microwave. Suntan lotion was provided as well as after sun aloe lotion. There was also shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand soap. There was a nice beach view from the room as well as a mountain view. We could have asked for more.

This was our 2nd time to stay at Park Shore Waikiki. The location is the best part of it for us. We like to get a corner room overlooking the beach on one side and Diamond Head on another. Our room 1407 had a broken latch on the sliding patio door and a loose toilet seat. I would have preferred softer pillows, but other than those small details it was great! I love that they keep sun block and purified water for the guests in the lobby. We'll be back!
