Not a good experience. Wouldn't stay here again.

Even with pre check in on my phone app, I had to wait over an hour in line to get my room key card. It was horrible!! I won't stay here again. Also, didn't know the Horseshoe shares parking with Paris. I drove around looking for their parking structure and had to go inside to find out they shared with Paris. It should be state on the Horseshoe website. People directing all of us in line were not very nice, courteous, or helpful.
Ask for Bridget. She is the best!!!

Bridget is the greatest associate in history. She treated us like royalty. The Horseshoe is a wonderful hotel but Bridget makes it the best.
