Great Location, But the Hotel Needs Serious Upgrades
Daisy S on Dec 05, 2024
I recently stayed at the Horseshoe Casino and loved the location, but I feel the hotel needs more than just a name change. Unfortunately, the premium room we paid extra for was disappointing. The furniture looked dated and had clearly been painted over multiple times, which made the room feel far from "premium." The bathroom also needs serious remodeling and a thorough cleaning. Service was another letdown. The check-in kiosks weren’t working, and there weren’t enough staff available to assist, which led to unnecessary delays. Despite requesting housekeeping, we didn’t see anyone during our entire three-night stay. The towels were in terrible condition—old, worn out, and falling apart. For a property that’s part of Caesar’s, I expected much better. It feels like the hotel is cutting corners on maintenance and staffing, and it’s hurting the overall guest experience. I hope they invest in improvements soon because the location deserves a much better hotel
My experience at Ceasars horseshoe.
ART G (Hacienda Heights, California) on Dec 05, 2024
I Liked the casino games. Cleanliness has been just fair. For Ceasars standards. Hallway carpets were very dirty. Doesn't seem like they get vacuumed at all. Check in sucked! Very little human interaction with an attendant. Rooms were OK for the price. Rooms facing the streets were very noisy and windows insulation was subpar. Had to get a new room because it was too noisy. At an mgm resort we would've got some comp for our troubles but not at Ceasars.
