After reading a lot of negative reviews , we decided to go back to the Horseshoe and give it another go .We needed a low floor room .So I asked at the desk and the receptionist gave us the key to room 525 .It was a nice clean room , airy and opposite the Flamingo and Cromwell .Nosh , their cafe was fully open again , and we had breakfast there most days .My husbands fave orange chicken shop had closed down and he was a bit gutted about that .Ben and Jerry's downstairs , do great smoothie's .Johnny Rockets had the choc malt shake to die for .The casino was huge and the cocktail waitresses replenished our drinks frequently .Housekeeping ? you just have to ask or leave your towels on the floor .Everyone from the check in desk , to the other staff were so friendly and helpful, we would go back .Plus ,it's joined to the Paris ! Hope to be back soon .

Where do I begin. Check in was a joke. Was offered a room upgrade for 25 a night dmfunny thing is that it was for a king room that I supposedly reserved. I paid $50 dollars more for the duration of the stay than original reservation for a downgraded room. On the first night we had a random housekeeping knock at 10:30 PM without a request. Pretty sure someone was trying to pull a room invasion there. There is no way to check what you current bill is by design I assume so when you check out at 5 am there is no one to a rgue with so you accept it cause you don't want to fight anymore. The "Blu Pool" is the biggest joke in Vegas. It's only open Friday and Saturday and also the deep end is open. This is the only reason I picked this place. Don't stay here you will regret every minute. Unless you like paying more for less than you reserved, rude service, and living in constant disappointment.
