The check in process is so impersonal no one was at front desk, you to use the kiosk, so you don't have a real person to answered your questions (which I did have). I got a room on the fifth floor the view out of the window was the roof and a Wall. If wanted to look at a wall I would have stayed home.The least they website could have done is to lable the room with "an obstructed view" so people can change rooms when booking. The room was clean and spacious but I would not stay there again.

Mobile check is a total disaster- it appears you are assigned the less desirable rooms. Follow up with disappointing room and checking with guest services only brings more frustration- I will never check in with mobile again - I will have to stand in line - I felt nothing more than being a desperate customer. But after waiting in line the agent helped but had to incur an additional upgrade charge- questionable if I would stay there again
