Dirty shower, no coffee + the smell of smoke everywhere = underwhelmed

Went from Friday Nov 21 to Tuesday Nov 25. For Formula 1 and the Raiders game. We also went on a comedy bus tour to the Dam and Brad Garretts comedy club. Chose MGM because it was kind of close to Allegiant Stadium and the Strip.

Love staying at MGM Grand! Rooms are very clean and beds are comfy. Great restaurant and stores there too! David Copperfield show was AMAZING!

Customer service lacking

Customer service was definitely lacking at this hotel. We didn’t receive housekeeping services one day during our stay and didn’t realize it until late as we were out all day. When we got back and realized we didn’t have housekeeping we tried to call to get some towels. It was forwarded to guest services who advised it would be an hour to receive towels due to not many staff working that time of night. I advised we were planning on going to bed and asked if there was anywhere we could pick some up. The man working at guest services told me we couldn’t pick any up and rudely asked “do you want me to put in an order for them or not?” I waited up an hour for the towels to arrive but when they didn’t went to bed. Over 2 1/2 hours later I heard a knocking at the door being a man bringing the towels. The rudeness of the guest services agent and lack of customer service / ability to get necessities was not acceptable.
