4 our of 7 elevators were not operational causing lines taking over 30 mins to go up and to get back down for rooms on floors 4-12. Could not use stairs so being on the 4th floor meant that the remaining 3 elevators were always packed. Finally decided to go up to go back down.

I would not recommend this hotel. The sheets were stained, there was hair in the shower and bathroom floor, the room smelled like sewer and long wait times (5+mins) for an elevator up and down. And no option to use the stairs. We had to switch our room twice and would’ve a 3rd time if we didn’t have to keep moving our luggage. We should’ve stay at a different hotel but wanted to stay at the hotel that our group was staying at.

This is the 4th time we stayed here and I’m disappointed this time. I understand I went during their less busy season, but there were still plenty of people staying. Elevators are being renovated for floors 4-12 causing so much traffic and wait times. Not sure why the higher floors aren’t being booked instead. To spend as much money as we did for these rooms and have to cram on a single file line that went into the casino floor and wait ten minutes to get up to your room was frustrating especially with people getting frustrated.

Stayed 3-nights in a room that had a horrible sewer gas smell when I entered. MGM claimed they had no other rooms available. I demanded that they send Maintenance people to do something to get rid of the nauseating smell but no one ever came in the those 3 days and I had to endure that stench the entire stay. I will never return to that property and will discourage others from staying there.

I was disappointed by the room at the MGM Grand. I stayed on the 12th floor (Tower) and apparently there are green lights shining at my window all night long (see photo). They didn't have curtains, like other hotels, that would have blocked outside lights. The bed was saggy so I had to sleep on the edge to avoid sinking. The bathroom was not as clean as expected. There was some mysterious disgusting brown liquid on the toilet rim (gross) and hair strands on the floor. The walls were thin and as an adjoining room, I could hear clearly the woman next door. Fortunately, her conversation was brief. Overall, I was not satisfied at my stay and would not book there again.
