Really great location, anything you want to do is right here. Eat, swim, dance, or catch a show. To top it off it’s outlets to the strip/
Was at the MGM Grand for a Convention and everything was managed well.

First time staying at MGM. Location near the airport and strip was prime real estate. Rooms were spacious and the way the elevators were split to go to different floors kept the population moving efficiently. The noise once you got off the main floors was amazingly quiet and room was freshened each day so we never felt like we were lacking the amenities. Was there for a Convention and the group rate made the value unbeatable and being in a casino (even as a non-gambler) made it exciting at the same time. All the staff at the hotel and restaurants on the property were courteous and helpful. Overall a great visit.

The staff was amazing as always. The rooms are clean/spacious, plus the hotel is located right on the strip. The MGM Grand is budget friendly and has a ton of restaurants and shows to attend.
No ac and extra charges everywhere

Start to finish annoying, gouging, no ac one night, bill incorrect and service with attitude. Fully appreciate stress staff are feeling but the overall product was very disappointing. I am a Marriott platinum client but felt like a super 8 non member this week.
