Overall, if you want a ripoff, it's perfect. Answer from most staff is a no can do attitude. Buffet breakfast, lots of choices but none of the hot food was hot. Room view was the parking garage. Seriously $20.00 for a Bailys on the Rocks in a small plastic cup? Never said in advance the hotel was under construction. I could go on, but why bother.

Room was amazing overall but the construction ruined the experience. What also ruin the experience we had was when we called in to let front desk know about the fighting nexts door for the 4 days we stayed it ruined our trip and scared my 11 month old son.

Staff is friendly and accommodating, there are lots of things to do on the property, there are plenty of restaurants and night life, and the elevators are fast in the Grand Tower. Rooms could use some updates, but otherwise a fine experience.

This place is pretty lame. For the rice I was expecting a nicer hotel experience. The common areas are noisy and run down. The bathroom was dirty and our original room was a VERY long walk from the lobby. I had to request a closer room because my husband couldn’t make it. I wish I had done more research.

Great service. Had a great view of the strip. Having the monorail so close is a real bonus. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The casino is super close to the Airport. We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of Table games and slots. We really enjoyed the virtual horse racing game.
