The place is wonderful, the staff are very friendly and helpful. My only downside to this place is that it doesn’t have mini fridge or a microwave, but otherwise great.

We go to Vegas twice a year an we've stayed at many hotels on the strip, some more than once, and some owned by MGM, but we now will only stay at MGM Grand for a few reasons: * Cleanliness is top-notch here. From the rooms, bathrooms, casino, slot machines, restaurants, and shops. Everything is impeccably maintained. * The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. We've never had an incident with their staff. Out past experience with unfriendly staff at another hotel ruined our whole stay. We love our Marketing Executive. She is very friendly and helpful and takes good care of all our needs. * The location is perfect for us. We love the walking paths to New York New York, Excalibur, Luxor, and Mandalay Bay, which are all part of the MGM Rewards program. Getting a taxi is fast and a very short walk by the front entrance. If you want to save money and don't mind doing a little walking, the affordable Monorail stops at MGM, among its many other stops. * The comps are fantastic. We enjoy earning and using out comp points and rewards for free rooms, food, and free play. And unlike other rewards club, you can earn points at all MGM properties like Excalibur, Luxor, Mandalay Bay, New York New York, Park MGM, Cosmopolitan, Bellagio, and Aria. * Essentials stores are easily accessible here. The number and location of Essentials Stores are barely noticed until you need something and are so thankful they are easy to find. The restrooms are plentiful, clean, large, and conveniently located throughout the property. I hate having to walk to the other side of the casino to use the restroom. * We love the quality of restaurants here. Although the buffet could use some improvement, the restaurants and great. * MGM Grand has one of the best selection of shows and entertainment.

Imagined it to be a place where they treat you better and more professional and no they profile quicker by front check in staff. I’m try out Caesar Rewardsxsbd cancel my mgm rewards including my credit card mgm rewards one.

Good stay family loved it..the experience of the mgm grand is like no other! The spa was amazing! My family was able to relax and untwine for the weekend!!!

I was just there for a quick getaway and this was my first time staying at the MGM grand and last. It was the hottest weekend in history in Vegas and our AC in the room did not work. No housekeeping for the 3 days that we were there either. They ran out of linens and towels I was told when I called down to housekeeping on multiple occasions. Insane. Vegas for adults should be hassle and stress free. Fun and exciting not sweating in my room and having to call housekeeping every time for something that should be done on a daily basis!
