Bed was uncomfortable. Outlets are out of date. Ac is old. We checked in and our restroom didn’t have water. Room Smelled like smoke. The room Was just really outdated and wasn’t comfortable enough for us to stay there for 5 days.

Poor, Poor Experience and Value. Do Better.

Cardkillah (Tampa, Florida) on Jul 04, 2022

I went to an off-site Conference/Meet-up for work, and this was the hotel they booked. I thought, okay, fine, I'll just stay here. I wanted to head to Vegas to check out WSOP, do some gambling, and enjoy shows--and my wife decided to join me. What an embarrassment the stay was...wow. I chose the Stay Well...and that was a gimmic. Avoid that scam. They refused to charge items to my room (restaurants that were part of MGM property, entertainment shows), they wouldn't assist with gambling requests, and the overall guest experience was very poor, except for the people assisting with taxi help, etc. They wouldn't rate my play, and was quite shocked at how poor this stay was overall. You have a couple coming to Vegas with a lot of disposal income...during a recession...after a time when the service industry has been pummeled due to COVID...and you couldn't give them the time of day. Remarkable lack of awareness, really. After I checked out, I should have received my bill...I did not.I tried to log into my account. The service was down. I called customer service, and they will email me the itemized bill. I told them about the experience I had with show cancellations, poor service, etc...and her response was basically "yeah, we don't care." Next time I'm staying at the Wynn like I should have in the first place. Never again MGM Grand. What a joke. Nothing redeemable, except that Bellagio is affiliated with MGM Resorts, and Bellagio is great. But, avoid MGM really..... I'll take my sportsbook/gambling trips elsewhere when I'm back in a few months.

Everything you need without stepping out in the desert heat!

Our trip to celebrate a friends big 6-0 was perfect. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and the Lazy River was the best. Still important to sanitize your hands and surfaces with so many people. It was nice not having to wear a face mask but many of us did come home sick. Some with Covid, others with sinus infections. The MGM resorts had sanitizing stations everywhere so that was much appreciated.

High roller resort and room old, small, and dark!

Wouldn’t stay again, west wing rooms dark, loud, bright at night. Windows have no shades, free neon lights up room. No door to separate bathroom. Cocktail waitresses non existent, asked for bottle water walking thru casino said only if gambling. Just not my favorite spot on strip for cost.
