I wanted to give customer service/ cashier Te-Anna Adam a review. She assisted me this morning with some purchases. She was Friendly, and helpful. I was great to see such a smiling face so early in the morning. Please make sure she gets a little something extra special for her great service.

They’ve done a fantastic job with the new rooms, very smart and contemporary. Their swimming pool area is really large and the lazy river is great. There’s an enormous choice of restaurants with food court. The only thing I struggled with in the size of the hotel. It’s very large and at first can be a bit disorientating.

JAN MARINI, anytime my friends and I walk by the concession stand, she has given the best customer service! Even if I just walk by, she will greet everyone with a smile and really provide a welcoming environment. Vegas needs more of this! Thank you to Jan for making my Vegas experience unforgettable.

Definitely a 5?? experience — I’m not sure why it didn’t give me that option! The staff was amazing, and everything was clean and beautiful throughout our stay. We stayed in the North Tower, and I highly recommend it since the rooms are upgraded and very nice. Nellie’s restaurant is definitely worth checking out — great food and a great experience overall. The pool does get crowded, so you’ll want to get there early if you want a good spot. We only spent one day there since we wanted to explore Vegas and the surrounding areas, but it had a great vibe and was a lot of fun. It would be even better if there were an adults-only pool option. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend staying here, especially in the North Tower!
