The room was very clean and nice. I received a great service from MGM Grand. The check-in was very easy and fast. I will stay again at MGM Grand. I recommended the MGM Grand. 5 out of 5 Stars. Excellent.

There are too many hidden charges. Please read all of the details before booking a room. It’s more than just a resort fee. This leads to long lines of angry people at check out.

A very nice hotel and is located walking distance to many attractions on Las Vegas Blvd. You can get lost inside due to its size. Of course everything is Vegas priced so be ready for that. We ate most of our dinners in Lucini's. It was reasonably priced and our server every time was Jessica and she was absolutely awesome. Overall it was a good trip and the MGM Grand was a comfortable place to lay our heads.

It was easy from the airport and the online check in was fantastic. I asked for an early check in and was in the room by 1:00.

Came here to stay and the only thing that is nice about MGM is their rooms. Customer Service is absolutely terrible drinks are way over priced. A simple Tito’s and soda is $20 beers are $15. We played black jack and I’m serious it took an hour to get service for 1 beer. I’ll never stay here ever again. We asked the Pit Boss 3 times for service and they don’t care. They sure have little convenient store sections though on the casino floors which I’ve never seen before so you can buy a 24oz beer for $15. It’s all about profits here they don’t care the least for their customer base anymore. Vegas all around sucks in general it’s like this all up and down the strip. Now I know why tourism is down 15% or more….
