Mgm is a disappointment. They overcharge for everything. I mean excessively overcharge for everything from water to booze. The rooms are dark and unappealing and the pool is crowded cloudy and gross. The chlorine is so strong that it takes time to get the smell out of your skin and hair. Mgm is an example of a big company that has forgot about customer service

Had an amazing experience at MGM Grand. Hadn't stayed here at the past, was more of a Caesar's person however, after one stay at MGM, I've been won over! Although we went and stay at the casino for gambling and the shows, I love that the Monorail stops here and next time I plan on staying in Vegas, I'll definitely be staying here!! Worth every penny!!

Really poor experience overall. Was supposed to get upgrade, rooms were available and still the lady lied and said they weren’t, rooms we got never got cleaned. On 2nd day of stay asked for it to be cleaned and nothing third day asked 3 different people for help never happened. 4th day called front desk asked 3 different people and finally got it cleaned a few hours before we checked out. Shower leaked all over floor. Shampoo was actually only water, sheets had stains and was denied late check out with edit supposedly covering it, you denied it because you didn’t have availability but then offered it for $30 extra. Completely horrible all around service

Went to Vegas and stayed at the MGM Grand. Like every time I stay there rooms are very nice, very comfortable beds. Temperature in rooms was perfect. Great customer service. I love it there!!
