Great facility, pool closes too early, expensive tables, good location, terrible check in experience

Waited 45 min to check in. Tried online check in online and kept saying the link was broken. I guess you don’t want me gambling and spending money Friday nights at your casino. Your team did offer waters to those in line so that was appreciated but you need to do better.

The place is good. It is not located on the strip, so a bit peaceful when you step out. Rooms are appropriate sized. There is an Indian Restaurant at a walking distance (600m) Divine Dosa, which was a savior for us to get Indian food. The rooms & premises were clean. Did not use much amenities though.

Just got checked in at the Hilton property by front desk agent Kovid, the guy blew my mind! Literally the best customer service I’ve ever received in the industry; let alone Hilton. My family and I are just discovering the property-it’s very clean and beautiful no Smokey smells in the casino all brand new I feel invited to sit down and play some tables. Thank you again to Kovid-incredible individual.
