I was served by a lady named Debbie. She was very helpful and I really had a wonderful and seamless check in experience by her. Really hope to meet more of such staffs in RWS!

It just keeps getting worse at this Hilton, I added the additional person on my room, she is clearly listed on my reservation that MEAN NOTHING AT THIS Specific Hilton, she tried to charge something to my room in the gift shop and they said she was not listed on my room so not only did they NOT upgrade my room as they claimed, into the actual room I booked and prepaid for that they said I didn't and refused to look at my confirmation, guest are also not recorded when you make a reservation for this Hotel on the Hilton Web page!!

Everyone I interacted with was welcoming, but a special thank-you to Michael P. at the front desk—he was incredibly kind, polite, and thorough, and truly made me feel like I was at a home away from home. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and smelled amazing—one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. This stay exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend!

Braden was very professional and provided a fantastic customer service helped me deal with an issue right away and made me feel very comfortable. Will continue to do business and stay at the Hilton resorts.

We had a great time at RW! It was centrally located, easy for pick up drop off ride share, they offered mobile check in so never had to stand in line, the hotel is clean and offers many amenities to indulge in. My only complaint is that our room didn’t always get cleaned when we requested cleaning (happened 2x) but other than that, I’d stay here again. The icing on the cake is that they gave us a credit of $150 at check in to use on food and beverage! Thanks Resort World, hope to see you again soon.
