Do NOT get a pool or strip facing room!

Courtalort08 (Las Vegas, Nevada) on Jul 06, 2025

As a local, I sometimes like to have a staycation on the strip. RW is offering no resort fee and free parking all summer long as to why I chose this resort. I'm personally a middle of the strip kind of gal, but decided to venture north. BIG MISTAKE. I checked in early and upgraded to a pool/strip view for an extra $35 a night and the club music does not stop all night long. I thought it was pretty loud during the day at their club pool which stopped around 5pm. The club music started sometime after I went to sleep after 10pm and now it is 1am and so much bass and thumping. So disappointing! Even with being on the 54th floor (out of 59 floors). I'm sure I'm cutting this trip from 3 nights to 1 night and cutting my losses. Food wise, for room service they expect you to use GrubHub app, but it is their own employees that bring food to you. Even then, the food places inside RW they have slim offerings from both venues and menu choosing. It would be better to just go down to their food hall and get something you actually want. The room itself is nice and clean. Average for what is on the strip. Kohler gold metal plumbing, which is a nice touch and large shower. RW does pump their fragrance throughout the casino and rooms pretty strong compared to other resorts, a little to powerful, which is aggravating my sinuses. I did notice some paint chipping away on the dresser, which should be touched up. There is a narrow mini fridge provided, but no microwave. If RW didn't play the club music of all hours of the day/night, it would be more worth it for me, but RW failed me as well as many others who have complained about the noise.

Hilton charged me for minibar items I never consumed – beware

Navigate25002385582 (Miami, Florida) on Jun 18, 2025

I want to be very clear: I never, ever consumed the minibar items I’m being charged for. I wouldn’t waste my time writing this if Hilton had treated me fairly. Despite several emails and claims, nobody helped me resolve this issue properly. I even sent the bill with all the incorrect charges highlighted in yellow, showing clearly what I never consumed. They kept charging me $59 repeatedly for mini bottles I never touched, and even $126 for a larger bottle I never opened. After multiple complaints, they refunded the $143 — which, to me, is an admission of error. Still, over $400 in unjustified minibar charges remain. To future guests: be very careful with the minibar. If you pick up a bottle and put it back, it seems to trigger a sensor that charges you automatically, even if you don’t consume it. To me, this is theft, and I can say it openly: Hilton has stolen from me. I have the invoice to prove it.

Our favorite hotel in vegas - Feels like a second home!

MMHernandez126 (Carlsbad, California) on Jun 15, 2025

Our Favorite Hotel in Vegas – Feels Like a Second Home! We absolutely love Resorts World Las Vegas! My husband had a business trip, and I tagged along — we’ve stayed here several times and will definitely keep coming back. We stayed on the Hilton side, which is always affordable but still super comfortable. The beds and pillows are great — we always get a good night’s sleep here. The pool area is huge and beautiful, and the adults-only pool is my personal favorite for relaxing in peace. The dining options are amazing! We love Fuhu for its lively vibe and great food, and Kusa Nori is a must for sushi lovers. After a late night, Mulberry Street Pizza totally hits the spot. And I had one of the best charcuterie boards ever at Wally’s — so good! A special shoutout to Kovid at the front desk — he was incredibly helpful and friendly, and made us feel so welcome. Service like that is why we keep coming back. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays. Can’t wait for our next visit!

Nice rooms

Rosedia2013 (Mumbai, India) on Jun 10, 2025

The hilton at Resorts World is a little far from the strip ,say about 15 mins and $11 by rideshare (Lyft)... New rooms and a little less glamorous lobby... Walgreens is right opposite and so is Divine Dosa....the vegetarian and jain eatery....

Unorganized

Fpjackson6 on Jun 08, 2025

Check in took a ridiculous amount of time, our first room smelled like weed. They were very apologetic and they offered me $100 food and beverage credit which I thought was above and beyond. (I did have to stand in line all over again to get them to change your room so it had been hours trying to check in.) When I went to check out, they said it was only a $50 food and beverage credit. Unfortunately, we had went to a restaurant and spent $100 because we were told we had $100 credit. Kind of a sneaky approach. Tell somebody they have a $200 credit get them to spend $200 during their stay and then at the very end say, oh I’m sorry it was only $50. They didn’t even try to look into it. They just said sorry it was only $50. The other thing is we paid to upgrade to a strip View, and yes, it was a strip view, but maybe because the way they advertise on the outside of the hotel all the windows have bars on it so you’re looking at the strip through a bunch of bars. There’s a tiny little section that doesn’t have bars so you can look out unobstructed.
