Had a awesome experience throughout the week. Booking through Amex Travel FHR is the only way to book. The experience is amazing. The only issue we really had was with the bell hop services. We had a late check out at 4pm told the desk the day before and asked to schedule a bell hop to help with luggage at 3:45pm well bell hop called at 3:45am waking us up for luggage i told them it was supposed to be pm . In the morning i went to the front desk and told them what happened and asked did the reschedule the luggage help ? They said no i said ok i want to get help with luggage at 3:45pm they put it on schedule . At 3:50pm no one showed we took our own luggage down to our ride waiting for us. Besides this mishap everything at this resort was top notch. I will come back in the future visits .

We've stayed at this property many times before, but this visit was disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we were rushed to use the self-check-in kiosks, which were experiencing technical issues. After finally checking in, we tried using our phones as room keys, as we were told we could. Unfortunately, the digital keys didn't work—we couldn't even access the elevators. We ended up waiting in line again to get physical room keys. When we got to our room, we noticed there wasn't a privacy sign. Instead, there was a notice stating that housekeeping would service the room every three days, which we assumed was a new policy. However, the very next day housekeeping entered and refreshed our room. While we appreciate their hard work, we were disappointed because we preferred not to have anyone enter our room during our stay. We also experienced an issue with the shower. It wasn't properly sealed, causing water to leak onto the bathroom floor after every use. We had to use our bath towels to soak up and clean the water ourselves. We've always enjoyed staying at Resorts World, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Unfortunately, this visit has made us reconsider staying here in the future and explore other hotel options instead.

**????? (1 of 5 stars)** As a Hilton Honors member for more than 20 years, I've consistently had excellent experiences with Hilton properties. This stay was the exception. For the following reasons, I cannot recommend this hotel. **Room amenities:** The room had no coffee maker — an amenity standard at virtually every hotel at this level. **Bathroom design:** The bathroom's towel situation defies logic. There is exactly one towel bar, and it doubles as the handle for the shower door. This means there is nowhere to hang a towel within reach of the shower — the moment you open the door, your towel swings away from you, and anything hung there gets wet or knocked loose every time the door is used. There is no shelf, no second bar anywhere in the room for wet towels or clothing. Add to that the absence of a makeup mirror and lighting that is dim and poorly placed throughout both the bathroom and the room, and simple daily routines become genuinely frustrating. **Pricing practices:** Bottled water was priced at $15 — an unreasonable charge by any standard. The snack bar is electronically monitored, and guests are automatically charged if an item is lifted for more than 30 seconds, even if returned. These policies feel less like hospitality and more like a cash grab. **Fees and holds:** On top of the room rate, the hotel charges a resort fee of $50 plus tax per night, and places an additional $150-per-day hold on your credit card for incidentals, released only after checkout for any unused funds. Guests should be prepared for their card to carry well over $100 per day in charges and holds beyond the advertised rate. **Value for the price:** Room rates at the Hilton at Resorts World range from roughly $50 per night in the low season to over $700 for premium rooms in peak periods. At any point on that spectrum — and especially once fees and holds are added — guests have every right to expect thoughtfully designed rooms, basic amenities, and pricing that doesn't feel predatory. After two decades of loyalty to the Hilton brand, I was genuinely disappointed. I hope management addresses these issues, but until then, I would encourage travelers to book elsewhere.

I had an amazing stay at Resorts World Las Vegas! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The property is absolutely beautiful, modern, and spotless. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help, making the entire experience feel first class. The rooms were comfortable, well-appointed, and offered incredible views. There were so many great dining options, and every meal I had was excellent. The casino had a fun atmosphere, and there was always something exciting to do around the resort. Overall, Resorts World made my trip to Las Vegas unforgettable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and entertaining stay. I can’t wait to come back!

Don’t go. Except for rooms, everything else is over priced ($6 for bottled water in food court) and underwhelming. Parking is a rip-off because you’ll never figure out how to enter “free” code (their link takes you to a page in app that you cannot enter it). Check-in very slow and understaffed. Pool closes much too early (7pm). Absolutely amazing newish resort striving hard for mediocrity.
