Clean room in a great location

amcworthy (Richmond, Virginia) on Mar 16, 2025

The hotel room was somewhat basic but it was very clean. The common areas were also well maintained. The location is also very convenient - we were able to walk to the Sphere and other popular places. We also tried several restaurants in the hotel and they were all wonderful. Overall a very stay.

Who on Earth had the idea of such a SCAM?!!

Santiago C (Cafayate, Argentina) on Mar 12, 2025

So, the hotel had this SCAM on the rooms: there´s a "system" that works like this: if you pick anything on the bar for more than.... listen: 30 seconds, it will AUTOMATICALLY be charged to your room. WTF! They wont advise you about this on the check in, there´s a REALLY small and bad desing thing that "warns you". And thats not the worst part, it actually doesnt work properly, because i picked up 1 item for 6-10 seconds (Maybe?, WTF!) and i got THE WHOLE BAR on my Room: USD250! When we told this in the front desk, they said: its ok, sometimes wont work properly, dont worry. Guess what? We got the WHOLE account on our credit Cards. What a SCAM!

A Complete Disaster

Hector V (Oak View, California) on Mar 05, 2025

This was, without a doubt, the absolute worst hotel stay I have ever had. Resorts World Las Vegas is a complete disaster, and after this experience, I will never be coming back. Honestly, I’ll think twice before booking any Hilton property ever again. The wait times? Absolutely insane. Hours just to check in, get help at the concierge, or even speak to someone at the front desk. Minimal staff working, and the ones who are there are completely overwhelmed. Their entire system was supposed to be down for a couple days midweek but carried over to into the weekend, so everything has to be done manually, including writing down your credit card number. In what world is this acceptable for a major hotel? We arrived to RWLV at 2:45pm on a Friday and the front desk had only a couple of people working with the line growing minute by minute. No help, no communication, no crowd control - only a sea of angry guests. We saw no sign of management stepping in to do anything. No one helping staff deal with the chaos. It’s like they just don’t care. They did hand out 3 small water bottles at a time, so good on them, I guess? Guests were being told they’d receive a text when their room was ready. Guests had no idea as to when the text would come, luckily my GF's sister was staying at Harrah's and I was able to take her over there to get ready for Garth that same night. I got the text that my room was ready after 6:30pm and had to wait in another long line yet again to actually get my room key. Staff would run to the back to get your key but I'm sure were using that time to scream into a pillow because of the insanity going on. Also, guess what? Key cards randomly stop working after a day, forcing people to wait hours in line just to get a new one. You have guests stuck at the elevators, waiting for someone else to let them onto their own floors. We were given $100 food and drink vouchers for select restaurants in the hotel and all $100 had to be used at once. The front desk only comp'd this because we asked how they were going to remedy the chaos. Completely unacceptable. And where was management in all of this? Hiding. I saw them pop out from the back maybe once or twice, but they sure as hell weren’t stepping in to help. They left very few employees to deal with a room full of hundreds of angry guests. It’s almost like they were hoping the situation would just magically resolve itself. This place was a complete joke. Resorts World and Hilton clearly do not value their guests, and they sure as hell don’t care about their staff either. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. Bummer too because the room and hotel was actually nice.

Unfortunate Stay

faymlcnria on Mar 01, 2025

As someone who works in the Hospitality/Hotel Business, I can honestly and unfortunately say that this stay was probably my worst experience at a Vegas Hotel. From the cards not working at the elevators, to not working when exiting & entering the parking garage. To housekeeping consistently doing little barely able to hear knocks & not announcing themselves before coming in. Please train staff to knock, announce themselves by department, then come in if no response is received. I was here for 2 nights and each night was one thing after another and it was just a disappointment.

Horrible customer service..never again

greis K on Feb 25, 2025

This hotel was the biggest mistake ever. I stayed in the line literally from 3 pm to 11:30 to get the keys. In three nights stay the keys were replaced 4 times because of not working. You have to stay in the line again for the working keys. The staff that called themselves manager (they were a lot...) were very rude, unprofessional and not helpful. There's no freezer and microwave in the room. The pool is always in maintenance.... people choose a place to stay because of the amenities... when you want to use them... they are not available...the wifi... really? You can not even browse with that speed. There's a lot more negative things but I'm not going to spend my time with them...I already lost hours because of them. Never ever again... never ever for our friends as well....zero star if I could...
