Great room, a bit of a smell from the bathroom tho. The concierge woman, Debbie she is the best, she was very helpful and actually gave me solutions to my issues with billing drinks to my room.

Run away! Do NOT book this hotel. I was scammed. They double-charged both my friend and me. The total cost for two nights was $575, including resort fees, but when my friend checked in, they charged him for the resort fee again. This hotel is just trying to take your money. Run away—seriously, run!

Upon check-in Jayryan, was awesome! We arrived about 5 hours early for our reservation. I explained it was my daughter’s first time in the city and we were both excited for her first Formula One race. He checked us in early and for a small upgrade fee. We had a view of the strip. We had so much fun! Thank you Jayryan!

Braden was great. Excellent service. Please promote him and give him a raise. Excellent person and friendly. I had some issues with my reservation but he cleared it up
