They lost our luggage took three hours to get there almost missed my business conference and I couldn’t get my essentials or the cooler so they charged me for all the mini bar. if I had my luggage delivered, I would never need to use the mini bar or anything else.

Great place to stay, eat and visit with friends.

I had a food and beverage crédit but it was impossible to used and the manager say that hé refund the amour but it was’nt done !!!

The location was ok. The room was ok. There were no robes,...which was a bummer. And when I went to message the front desk asking if I could request some, I found that feature was not allowed at this Hilton, I'd have to call, which I didn't like. The products in the bathroom were very nice. The windows were very dirty. The chromecast your netflix app to your TV feature did not work. It was definitely the TV, because I tried with both my phone and my laptop. The woman at the front counter was soo nice. The pools all close at 7pm? That was a bummer,...it was still 90 degrees at 7pm. The self parking lot was very far away from the lobby. We enjoyed our dinner at Brezza. & our pina coladas from Agave by the pool. We were only able to use our $15 breakfast credit at two locations, and the line at suns out buns out was so long we ate breakfast at dawg house, which didn't have a single breakfast option at $15 or below.

Good location and atmosphere. Hotel concierge was very helpful and friendly.
