Hilton doing its job! From check in with Amanda who helped me with ease when I knew I was early but she found me a room that was ready and upgraded me but of course this is not the norm but she did provide and it is like pixie dusting at Disney and it was such a pleasant surprise. The room was beautiful but only minor thing I would suggest to improve is that if the windows can be cleaned better so my absolutely beautiful view would be even better for photograph then it would be 11/10!!
Convenient to meetings, stores, and restaurants

Everything was convenient and clean.... Very nice view and atmosphere. Lots of things going on right in the hotel. The courtesy water was also a hit during the very hot sunmer.

Resorts World misses the mark…

I do not like to leave negative reviews, but my recent stay at Resorts World Las Vegas Hilton was disappointing enough that I feel compelled to share my experience. As a long-time Hilton Honors member, I expected a higher level of service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the experience fell well below expectations from arrival through departure. Check-in was disorganized. The front desk agent appeared unfamiliar with the process, failed to properly explain resort credits and benefits, and did not adequately review the charges and authorizations being placed on my account. Housekeeping and room service standards were equally disappointing. Throughout my stay, the room was repeatedly missing basic necessities including body wash, clean drinking glasses, and an adequate supply of towels. Fresh glasses were not replenished for several days despite requests. Customer service was perhaps the most frustrating aspect of the stay. Prior to my 3:00 AM departure, I approached the front desk with questions regarding my account and was told nothing could be done until after checkout. This turned out to be incorrect and resulted in an unnecessary return visit the following morning, wasting additional time. During that interaction, the front desk representative showed little interest in resolving my concerns or providing meaningful assistance. The pool experience was also underwhelming. The pool closes at 7:00 PM and pool bars stop service around 6:30 PM. For a major Las Vegas resort charging substantial resort fees, the limited operating hours felt restrictive and did not align with the premium experience being advertised. What disappointed me most was the apparent lack of concern for guest satisfaction or repeat business. At no point did I feel valued as a returning Hilton customer, nor did anyone take ownership of the issues I raised during my stay. Las Vegas offers no shortage of hotel options. Based on this experience, neither I nor the employees and colleagues I influence in corporate travel decisions will be choosing Resorts World Las Vegas Hilton for future stays.
