Jae at reception went above and beyond! Even with an issue with our booking, she was able to alleviate the stress and make things smooth and simple to check in. We visited for our anniversary and her help made the visit much better from the start! Highly recommend!

JAE WAS ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTFUL AND HELPFUL. A super sweet heart and she was so fast with the check in process ! I didn’t even need to ask any questions because she was so informative.
