The best

Rocio G on Jul 23, 2026

It was nice and clean but I don’t understand why someone would put candy jars and boxes even though we never requested that. We touched it on accident but we never ate it. The parking lot was so far and it still charged us. There’s nothing special about the hotel it’s like every other hotel not the best hotel I’ve stayed in. Check in is at 4 pm and check out was at 11 am it’s not work 200 bucks for a night and then I get charged with the candy I never ate and the parking was far and expensive.

I’m English - get me out of here

How can a room not have any means for making coffee? No kettle, no coffee machine. Of course, they want you downstairs to spend money chasing a dream. No explanation of catering allowances, and it’s just a huge morass of flashing lights. With a hint of cat wee aswell. Incredibly rude staff member around the pool and everyone wanting a tip for looking you in the eye. God bless America. Abraham Lincoln will be turning in his grave.

Satisfied returning guest

I had another positive experience here. Check in went really well. I’d like to thank Angela for her professionalism and courtesy. She got me checked in and took very good care of me. Made me feel like a valued guest had a room on the 59th floor for stripped view. Seems like they fixed the key issues they had in the past withthe elevators. I did not encounter any issues this time had breakfast at the restaurant juniors although service was a bit slow. The meal was very good especially enjoyed the cheesecake. Thank you. Hotel Stay at Hilton Las Vegas

A L on Jul 21, 2026

I was lucky to score a room at the Las Vegas Hilton at Resort World at the last minute, with no resort fee and complimentary parking. This is our first time at this Hilton. The price was below $100, and they offered a city view on the 52nd floor. My issue with them, first of all, was my complimentary parking. Upon checking in, I received several text messages to create an account with Metropolis, which runs the parking garage. The front desk did not give me a QR code to scan and enter the "Discount code". On top of all that, the "Discount code" did not work. Hilton does not take care of any issues, so I had to call Metropolis and explain that the parking was complimentary. It took 3 calls from Sunday to Monday to get this sorted out. The second issue is their internet service. No one told us how to connect to the internet. Don't you think that would be the first bit of information you would be given? The Third is the city view. If looking at the rooftops of all commercial buildings is the City view, then I got my money's worth.

TERRIBLE experience at Resorts World Hilton

amywR7113BP (Thousand Oaks, California) on Jul 21, 2026

This was, by far, the WORST experience I've had at a Hilton property, for a variety of reasons. First and foremost, I purchased the "Summer Package" which included "complimentary parking" as part of the price. Unfortunately, we were unable to exit the parking garage (and were stuck at the gate) several times during our stay, even after we had registered our vehicle and used the code provided in the email on our first day. We were late to an event because we couldn't get out of the parking garage. We called the front desk to assist us but were told they "didn't control" the parking gate and couldn't help us, and that we had to deal directly with the parking vendor (interesting response considering that the package price included parking, and that package price was PAID to HILTON, not a parking vendor). We weren't able to get the parking gate to open without PAYING for the daily fee, which we then had to request to be refunded by the parking vendor, but only after sending them proof of the hotel booking (which was sent). The vendor issued a refund, but then the SAME THING happened to us the next day, and this time, my husband had to pay and then request a refund. On July 21 (2 days after we departed the property), the parking vendor texted and said they were assessing a LATE FEE for failure to pay for parking on July 18. We have been to Vegas multiple times over the years, and we have NEVER had a WORSE experience with parking at a resort. The parking hassles (and threats to collect money and assess late fees) would have been bad enough, but in addition to that, the room we were first assigned to (52389) smelled musty upon arrival, but we didn't have time to switch rooms when we first got there (we had to get to our event) so when we returned, we asked to be switched to another room. The second room (52303) also smelled musty, but the smell was less strong than the first room (but still very much noticeable when you walked in, even after spraying the room with perfume multiple times). We didn't ask to be moved again because of the inconvenience of having to move all of our things again. Then, on Sunday, I tried checking out using the Hilton app, but nothing was happening when I clicked on "check out" so I tried calling the front desk multiple times for 2 hours. No one picked up the phone for 2 hours. I called the Hilton customer service line and asked for help with checkout, and they put me on hold for 20 minutes while they tried to reach the front desk, but when they couldn't get an answer either, the representative told me to "keep calling until you get someone to answer" (instead of just suggesting that I would be automatically checked out since we left the room by 8:30am). Other than a few positive interactions with housekeeping staff and the person downstairs who hailed cabs for guests, there was VERY LITTLE that happened during our stay that could be described as a positive or enjoyable experience. As a Hilton rewards member for many years, I'm incredibly disappointed by the inconveniences, hassles, attempts to collect money for the sake of collecting money, and lack of care and support for hotel guests that we experienced on this last visit. My advice would be to avoid this resort at all costs, unless you enjoy arguing with an overzealous parking vendor every time you try to leave the garage and sleeping in a musty smelling room! I filed a formal complaint with Hilton and am waiting for them to respond with options for addressing the issues we experiened (of course they need up to 3 business days to respond).
