Millie at the front desk was great. Very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed before we left. Hotel room was nice, the bed is one of the most comfortable bed I've ever laid in. We got a view of the pool which is absolutely amazing. Great overall! Would definitely recommend.

The room was absolutely beautiful with plenty of space for my husband and me. The hotel was clean with this awesome fragrance that I smelled in the lobby area. Rooms were clean, elevators were clean, with great security with the card key passes. The hallways were clean and I did not smell any marijuana in the rooms or the hallways. I will definitely stay at the Hilton again.

I am a returning customer - the hotel is very clean, not to noisy and the pool crew and reception was very friendly. Gym still in good shape and pool still open. Having said that, i perceived a reduction of services over the years. Back in 2022, the fitness area was always staffed with instructors when i was around. As i wss jetlagged and an earlybird i was hoping for a timely cleaning. Wasnt done by 1530, so gave up. Further, not sure whether parking was included in a lower resort fee in 2022. One thing that was super annoying was that i picked the room and the rate based on the promise of getting a Food / Beverage Voucher. In the hotel, i was told that this only covers beverage. As i had no intention of getting hammered with this voucher every day, i ended up with a useless voucher in a worse room at a higher cost.

Great room, a bit of a smell from the bathroom tho. The concierge woman, Debbie she is the best, she was very helpful and actually gave me solutions to my issues with billing drinks to my room.

Jae was super friendly/helpful! Made the process of checking in easy . Also explained everything / and was so accommodating
