First class all the way. We stayed at the Trump hotel when we saw Ringo but decided to stay here for the next concert. Beautiful place with many dining choices. We had a King suite with the strip view and it was amazing. I wish I would have explored the hotel more on the internet so we could’ve avoided the food court.

Everything was amazing apart from the following. My flight from England to Las Vegas was cancelled at no fault of my own and rescheduled for 2 days later. Despite contacting reservations only 6 hours after my original check in time they refused to hold my room for me that I paid for. Upon arriving 2 days later I was told that my room was available but I could not use it for the remaining 5 days that I had already paid for. Subsequently, I had to pay for another 5 days and essentially pay for my accommodation twice! Setting me back another $1,000! I appreciate rooms can only be held for 24 hours however they were notified only 6 hours after my original check in time, so within the 24 hour window. The room is available and paid for, they should have used some common sense and let me have my room and not pay for it twice.
