Outstanding service in every category: front desk, housekeeping, dining, etc My King Ocean View room was spiffy clean, decent size, and contemporary, as though recently renovated. Bathroom was also perfectly clean, with plenty of amenities such as soaps, perhaps a little small for 2 people since there is one sink. All dining experiences were 5 star service, generous portions, and good food. One seemingly overcooked chicken dish was immediately replaced with whatever else I wanted. Do not plan to relax on your lanai. It’s so tiny that it’s almost worth the laugh. Plenty of expansive public areas inside and out for just relaxing. A variety of beach or lawn games are stocked right there. The pool was as clean as the rest of the property and seemed large enough for the families and other guests. There is a large Longs Drug just across the back road, and a big selection of restaurants and shops at Coconut Place which is within walking distance. A great experience in all ways for my first visit to Kauai!

Had an amazing dinner with my husband and son! Kyle and Shaylyn made the best drinks/ treated us with the best service we’ve had since visiting Kauai! Kyle even treated our son with ice cream at the end of our dinner, and treated us like long time friends!
